After moving to Columbus for around a month or so, I finally got in touch with insurance to try and get it squared away. Their partner shop in Columbus is Allen's. I made an appointment and showed up while on my lunch break. I was met by Andy and an associate. They were beyond friendly. Andy actually drove me to the rental car place for me to get my rental. Super friendly and felt like I'd known him forever. It took a while, there had been bad weather here around the same time if not prior. The amount of damage, $ wise, was insane but they made it look like new. I'd definitely recommend Allen's and would gladly bring my car back here.

I was immediately helped and given a set date when the car would be ready, which is incredibly helpful with a busy schedule. Though the car was finished one day late, I was informed ahead of time. Great communication. I had an additional problem with the car (was not caused by the accident, and not their fault) and took it back in for a re-evaluation. They promptly took the car back to look at it, and fully explained to me (and showed me) the problem going on, and some courses of action at no extra cost. In my eyes, they are an outstanding team. The quality of the work was borderline immaculate. The fender assembly is all fixed up/replaced and the paint blending was far better than I thought it would turn out. It makes sense why Advanced Collision has grown so large. The school (MSU) does bring in more business, but their customer service and care for their job really sets them apart from the rest of the auto repair world.
