Some of your staff need to work on their phone etiquette. I was spoken to in a very rude tone. I just called to ask about a prior authorization question and she was very rude in her reply to me. She wouldn't let me explain what I was told by my insurance company and kept talking over me. I do not like being spoken to like I am a child or an idiot. What a blessing! My recent rx meds were 'mistakenly' called into this pharmacy. After speaking with them, I realized THIS is the pharmacy of choice by far! I only wish I had realized previously, that this pharmacy was in my insurance network! I will NEVER EVER choose to do business with my previous pharmacy here in Nacogdoches. EVER. The people there are rude, inexperienced, careless, even the PHARMACIST is hateful and callous. She also miscalculates the qty and dosages, often. When you show her the mistake, it angers her. She will argue with you over it, then when it dawns on her she made the mistake, she will correct it, but she is angry about it. She is angry all the time I have to deal with her. Heard good things about M & S so I gave it a shot as I prefer small local businesses. First off lady in drive through was rude- sent me to window 2 I waited for longer than I should've until she came back to me. She gave me the total I questioned the cost as it seemed low for 3 prescriptions. She only had 1 so now she was really put off on having to find my other 2. Have had worse service but expected more from you guys. Will find another pharmacy. read more

M&S may seem like a high-dollar pharmacy from the street, but once inside you'll soon realize that their prices are comparable and very often BETTER than the chain competitors in town! The gift shop is pretty nice with the best merchandise being their gifts for infants and children. read more

Friendly folks to do business with, have helped me when doctor office failed to submit a renewal for my prescriptions and they called and got permission to allow me to have enough medication to get me through the next day and also requested the renewal which was sent. read more
