well, i only come here to buy "gift certificates"! (for my children, which are older! ages…read morein their 40's!). this last time @ about 2 weeks before christmas, this sales "clerk" had no idea about the "chip" card! so, he had me insert my card "three times", before he actually got it right! (as, "he" stated his machine was not working right!) so, i ended up with "3" charges on my credit card! so, i called the "incompetent manager" & "she" stated she did not see the charge on their register! but, i checked my : master card", after i left the store & i had three (3) charges for one gift card! so, (i called the store back~~ again!) then this "manager" stated::: i would have to wait until they cleared their register "that night" to credit my account!! i have bought many gift cards previous @ this location::::: but, it appears to me that the manager nor their employees are properly trained! traveling to europe & italy..... many times..... they have no problem with this "chip card"!!!!

You can tell they really enjoy their respective roles within the store. I am always greeted warmly, often by name (yep, a regular "big 'n tall" guy you might say). I have browsed dozens of times in the store, and have never felt rushed. Each employee is also very knowledgeable when it comes to the dreaded "Will this tie go with this shirt/jacket?" question. Their selection is the best in the area, bar none. Although they are not as large as the King of Prussia location, they carry about 75% of the items the KOP store has. Polo, Nautica, etc... all here, and decent selections of each. There is also a good choice of team sports items, if you like the Eagles or Steelers. Plenty of actionwear to go along with your formal or business attire, too. Heck, even shoes! If I have one VERY minor complaint, though, it's the piped-in scent that permeates the store. Think "Abercrombie and Fitch", but with a distinct apple flavor. Again, just a silly thing.

Going to an out of town venue we werent sure if there was a Men's Wearhouse nearby so a manager extended the return date for us since we were never told the next day policy. Flash forward 2 weeks and we go to try his tux on, and my husband's vest is about 1" to small. It's too late to order a replacement but they can send it overnight to a men's wearhouse near the hotel. (5pm cut off for next day delivery) A bib type vest like we were expecting at no extra charge. We got everything in time but that's twice now in different years something wasnt fit properly.
