Communication from this company was very poor. I was told it would take one week to engrave 6…read moreinitials onto the handle of my filet knife. It took 3 weeks. During that time no one from Custom called me to explain the delay. In hindsight , the $75 charge to engrave 6 initials seems a bit steep. If you need work done to schedule, I would look elsewhere. Luckily, I was not on a schedule needing my knife back. Communication was very poor from the company. Engraving performed was acceptable.

You have the option to handwrite what you want on the award or to email the preferred message. Our plaque was available same day at no extra cost but we picked it up the next day.
