I was one of three people that got frustrated and eventually walked out. It's very convenient to know what's in stock and to get timely answers. Most hobby places I've dealt with in the past are very slow when it comes to responses/non existent. Outside of great communication, owner/staff are very friendly and overall fantastic people to deal with. To the fun stuff - it's a classic card shop with a great selection and cool memorabilia as well.
