... I hate to even write this... I had been to this tire shop before in a pinch it's not my normal shop but I wasn't going to make it to mine because the state of my tire. I had multiple nails in two of my tires but needed a new tire for one of them. So they provided an equivalent tire AND did a patch. All the while asking me which and informing me how much. I came back today with a nail in a different tire and since my experience was so pleasant last time I didn't mind providing them more business. I was wrong. I called in advance to make sure they could take me and the woman said yes. I came in for a patch and they told me I needed a new tire and provided pricing but it was significantly more than when I was here the first time and not the brand I needed for my car. I opted out and asked for a patch and they began. At the end I'm checking out and she hits me with the $40 patch fee. I was so appalled because I was just here and the patch was $25. Then she said you have a Mercedes it's $40. What? The type of car I have determines the price of the patch.. yet you charged me $25 before ANd a new tire? So I pulled up the receipt from the last service and she then began to ask me if it was really here and whatever just to pay the $25 even though it's $40. Honestly I'm ok with my first experience there but as a returning customer with the same vehicle and treating me like that is crazy. Don't recommend. read more

I went there today on 3/1/26 hoping I can get them to install my wheels that were already balanced and mounted , also needed lug nuts. So when I get there the older lady was saying it was gonna be $270 to mount my tires , lug nuts , and to swap out the TPMS sensor. I was so baffled I guess she thought I was stupid or something. So I say thank you I'll pass and then tried negotiating all weird about it asking about how much I'm willing to pay. No one pays that much to swap some wheels. Seems like shady ppl, anyways ended up going to CARILLOS TIRES on hacienda & valley. The mechanic at CARILLOS was cool and charged me $50 for the mount with the sensors and $2.50 each lug nut. He gave me $5 off and my total was at $95 . Take your business there and stay away from M&M tires read more

I drove into this shop because I needed my brakes and front wheel hubs replace for my 2000 Mustang Gt. I had all the parts and needed a shop to install. The guy took me in and immediately started to work on my car. There was two guys working on my car and they had it done in less than 2 hours. Service was quick but the best part was the price! I've received multiple quotes for the labor and this shop was the best price by far. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of tires, brakes, or suspension work. Got a flat tire when driving to work, towed Very nice family owned auto shop, quick service.

My husband and I called in the morning to see how much it was to repair our brakes. The lady informed us if we buy our brake pads, we'd only pay $70. When it came to checking out she changed the total to $100. When we tried to tell her, she tried to make up that something was wrong, which is why she needed to add the $30. Very unprofessional, that is not how you run a business. Sad how many customers they've probably lost due to this issue. As I can see, I'm not the first review with this problem. I came here Saturday to buy 2 used tires for a Toyota Camry. When I asked for the price the employee said $95 per tire. I told him to give me a moment as I discuss the price privately. I don't know what he told the owner lady. But she asked me what price I was given at the other location when I told her $45 she told me to get out of her shop. I was willing to pay $95 and continue with the service since they have been providing my family and I services before. The owner lady didn't want to hear what I had to say she continued to cut me off and she continued yelling at me to leave her shop. I'm glad she did because down the street I got 2 used tires for way cheaper and good quality. I've been to her before, my family has been to her before, and she was nice then. I will make sure no one I know including myself will ever go back again. I've been working in customer service for 25 years and the way she treated me is no way to treat any customer. I give this place zero stars but in order to write the review I have to give one. People need to be aware of how horrible I was treated. read more

I arrived this morning @8:10am, I kindly asked the older lady at the register "owner" I'm assuming, how much was to put air in my tires and she said in a rude voice "well, how much you have? A dollar, two dollars" at that moment I just knew something was going to happen but it was the only place open. It was obvious someone didn't get a good night sleep smh still don't justify the service. In the meantime, the younger gentleman was already putting air in my tires. I proceeded to let her know I had two $1 coins and she said "Ohhhh noooooo, no quarters", I'm guessing she's never seen a $1 gold coin *slaps face* and I explained and showed her it was $1 coin. She began waving her hands to let the guy know not to pump air anymore, I clearly saw him fill up two tires with air and I told her I needed the air on the other two and I can pay with my debit card since she's never seen a $1 coin. Her words "Don't worry, he already checked all the tires" when I clearly saw him fill up two. At this moment I was already livid, I didn't want to Continue arguing with an old lady. I got in my car and guess what, of course something I already knew only two tires had air smh. I'm guessing she don't know new cars display the tire pressure either LOL! This place is a JOKE! If I could give less stars I would. It isn't the quality of work but the amount I got chaged to put air in my tires. The tire pressure light came on and I had my 88 year old mom with me. Would not go to this shop again... went to go buy tires for my car and they intentionally gave me stained whitewalls.. me thinking I was buying new tires I didn't bother to check before leaving as I was in a hurry that day. The next day when I went out to check them I noticed the white walls were not dirty they were stained from leaning up against something.. tried to clean them and the dirt stains would not come off.. The lady working the front desk provides horrible customer service. Makes sure you inspect everything ask to see tires before install because I'm sure from all the bad reviews they would sell repaired flats as new tires.. Called and put 4 tires on hold Wednesday for $120 each. Then also confirmed in the morning with the owner. When we drove from San Diego and got there, we were told the tires were not on hold and were going to be $180 each. What!? After we explained we were quoted this, we were told this is the price and she walked away. These were a Chinese brand tire. We ended up getting better tires made in USA for a little more. Will never recommend or return to this shop. It appears others have had the same experience . read more

I just bought these tire no more than 8hrs ago spent 160 for the whole set and I still end up with a flat my car went From the the shop to my driveway I'm giving them one star for poor service & for not double checking the tires they sale, the tire valve is either busted or no good now I have to spend more money for something that should have been inspected before I left the shop. Such a great experience here. I went in for tire pressure and they quickly helped me out. They also let me know that my tires were no longer good which was great and told me next time they will for sure help me finish that. They were very helpful and nice I recommend coming here because they explain to you in detail what needs to be done. Love this place! If you don't want to read it skip to the second part of this essay of a review! So I live in the Bay Area and I drove down to SoCal on 12/24/2022 to visit family. So I drive a Tesla model 3 and most places won't even touch these cars due to having a special rated tire or even the slightest stretch on Tesla tires. But my car is far from just another Tesla. My Tesla has aftermarket suspension has aftermarket 3 piece wheels. I was doing fine on my way down to Southern California until I hit my second supercharger.I noticed I had a flat tire. So since that moment in I was calling tire shops from that moment on. I called over 60 tire shops and stopping every 5 min to put air in my tire and they all said they close early or the can't help me because they don't have the tire or because my car is modified. Then I came across these guys M&M tire shop. I told myself this is the last tire shop I am going to call. I gave them a call. Maria answer the phone and thought I wanted to buy a new tire. ( there was a small language barrier here) She asked me the tire size and I told her it was a 255/35/20. And then a guy took over the phone (hey bro if u reading this I'm sorry I didn't remember ur name!) I told this guy I wanted to get my tire inspected and that I was about 2 hours away because I live in the bay and I was traveling to SoCal. He stopped me right there and said get here safe. Take your time and most of all be safe. I will wait for you. (In my head I was thinking by the time I get there these guys are not going to be open) fast forward 2 hours after stopping every 5 min for air I got to the shop. The doors were wide open and they were waiting for me. That right there I have a lot of respect for because not a lot of people would wait. On top of that on Christmas Eve. I get out and say hello and I told the guy I was the one on the phone that was 2 hours away. He said I'm glad u made it safe because safety is the number one thing. He told me to bring my car inside. I'm thinking to myself that no one is going to be able to figure it out because I went to almost every tire shop that I could find in the bay and they couldn't figure it out. The first thing he checks was the bead of the tire with the wheel. Both sides. No one does both sides but he checked both sides of the bead. He said no lead there we checked the face because it is a 3 piece wheel. No leaks there. Checked where the face of the wheel meets the barrel. No leaks there. He checked the valve stem. Without me even asking. ( the valve stem is a 90 degree valve stem. Like the ones semis use but for a 3 piece wheel) he said I found your leak. He found the leak under 2 minutes. I was shocked. It took this guy 2 minutes to find the leak that 30 different tire shops in the bay couldn't find. My mind was blown. It gets even better. Since the tire was flat I had a bubble in the side wall. So yes it's not safe to drive with a tire that has a bubble on the side wall. The guy who was working on my car said we don't have this exact size but we have something close to it but I refused and said try to save the tire that I came on so I can go get a tire when I get home. This is where it gets really good. He proceeds to flip my tire for me and change the valve on the wheel. It took him less than 3 minutes to pull off my tire. (Stretch tires are really painful to take off. Let alone doing it with one person.) this guy took off my tire as smooth and quick as butter on a hot pan. It was amazing to watch. AND he did it by HIMSELF! And he saved the tire I asked him to save. A few minutes later he game up and showed me my old valve next to the new one without it being on the wheel and I saw that the rubber gasket that the valve stem uses was old and dried out so that's what was causing my leak. At this time it was already almost 6pm or 7pm. After he showed me my old valve he got the wheel and tire back onto my car. And I was on my way. Best part it was less than 70 bucks. That is hella cheap compared to the bay. And that was it I was on my way. I was able to enjoy my 1 day stay in Southern California because of these guys. M&M tires..... Maria and that guy who worked on my car (he was even more careful with my wheels when he saw them, tire shops in the bay have dropped them, scratched them, dented them from poor handling of my wheels. I'm sorry I don't remember it name bro I'm terrible with names) I appreciate you both for helping me out and on Christmas Eve ( Maria even said they were open Christmas Day) where nothing is open or close early , I thank you so much!! I can't say it enough. You guys are really the best. This will be the only tire shop I go to every time I come to SoCal!!! It is safe to say. These guys WILL be very careful with modified cars. That will take care of my car And 3 piece wheels. Definitely the only tire shop I will go to when I am in SoCal. I might even drive out here just to get 4 tires. read more

Got a flat and needed a new tire so I went to americas tire and I've been waiting a excessive amount of time just to be helped so I left to la puente to find a shop and came here. I needed a tire fast to go to the airport in 40 minutes and they instantly came to my rescue. I pulled into the lift and they changed my tire before I even finished paying with card on the machine!
