I honestly wasn't sure what to do, so I came here for help. They were very helpful and fixed the issue by replacing the valve completely free of charge. They also took the time to move my spare tire to the back of the vehicle and explained why it's better not to have a spare tire on the front. I really appreciate their honesty, kindness, and willingness to help me out. They could have easily charged me, but instead they helped me without trying to upsell anything. They didn't have used tires in my size, so they patched my two damaged tires instead. Ramon personally assured me that if I returned in a day or two, they would have the used tires ready for $40 each, and he would deduct the patching fee from that bill. What followed was over a month of runarounds. I came back the next day (August 20)--Ramon wasn't there, and they had no tires for me. When I stopped by for the fourth time on Tuesday, September 29, Ramon told me to check back Friday. I did, but they still only had one used tire. I finally returned on Saturday morning, October 3, to get that one tire installed. Once the car was lifted, they told me a second tire was shot. They didn't have another used one but offered a new tire for $70. Ramon was actually there this morning, but his friendly attitude completely vanished. He stayed glued to his phone. When I tried to talk to him, he ignored me, waved his hand to dismiss me, and pointed me toward his employees. He refused to speak with me, and they failed to honor the patching credit he had personally promised earlier. The payment process was a mess. No one was at the counter, so I had to track down an employee to pay for the first two tires ($40 used + $70 new, totaling $110). I handed him $120 in cash, but instead of giving me my $10 change, he quietly kept it and tried to charge me $50 for the used tire. I had to correct him on the $40 agreement to get my $10 change back. I always pay cash to small businesses as a courtesy to save them card fees--a courtesy I now regret giving this place. Right after I paid for the first two tires, the employee claimed a third tire was also bad and wanted another $70. Since the car was already lifted and I'd already been waiting 30 to 40 minutes, I agreed. I asked to pay for it right then and requested a receipt. Instead of processing it, he just dropped my initial $110 cash into the register, ignored my request for a receipt, and walked away without saying a word. Because no one else was in the office, I was left feeling incredibly uncomfortable--without a receipt or another witness, he could have easily claimed I never paid him. I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for them to finish just so I could hand over the final $70 and finally get a receipt. I was there for about an hour, and there was only one or two other customers. The place had Ramon plus three other employees. They had more staff than customers, yet I still waited an hour. As I was leaving, the employee could clearly tell I was upset. As he handed me the receipt, he condescendingly said, "Well, see you again." I told him, "Hopefully NOT. I don't ever want to come back." The moment I drove away, I felt instant regret. I should have just gone to Walmart. I checked the Walmart prices, and I could have gotten three brand-new tires with actual professional service and a warranty for only $12.50 more. I'll avoid this place from now on--they do not honor their word and have zero customer service.

When my truck was nearly ready to go they advised I change my lug bolts out due to swelling. I denied and they offered to lower the price. I'm a cheap sob and said I'd buy em somewhere else and do it myself lol They took it upon themselves to change em regardless, free of charge!!! Wow! Now that's service! The manager Chris said they couldn't let me drive off like that as it's a safety concern. This place cares. If you need service let them be your first choice!
