M&M are a very small independant jewelwry and watch shop, which is opposite whaleys the chemist, which everyone knows in Rugby. By the outside its a very small quaint looking shop with an expensive window display and door, and knockers etc a lot of people are put off about going inside due to how expensive looking it is outside, but they do have a really nice more affordable range inside. I love this store as they are the only place in the area that sell the italian charm Nomination range which i adore, they sell them aswell at great prices, and the lady whom works there is brill, as whenever i buy a new charm she'll put it on the bracelet for me, as they are a right pain to attach. read more

The jewellery that they sell is all unique and you will not find it in the usual high street chain stores.The staff are so helpful and go that extra mile to make sure you have exactly the piece of jewellery that you want.I was lucky enough that my husband bought me an Eternity ring from this shop. Went to the shop in Rugby to get some links removed from my new watch. Went in the first time to be greeted by a Lady that saw to me very quickly, who was kind and helpful. She took the watch to the back to be adjusted by a colleague. The watch came back a bit loose along with a comment saying no more links could be taken out as it may not be possible. I left the shop and just wasn't satisfied with the fit of the watch. This lead me to re-visit the shop 30 minutes later on Regent street to have 1 last link removed. This time I was greeted by the 'gentleman' that physically adjusted my watch previously. He said put the watch on and let's see. The way in which he spoke and acted towards me was very obnoxious and arrogant. Both me and my brother witnessed this outrageous 'customer service', and were absolutely speechless. The guy walked off with the watch while saying "I'll do it and won't be responsible for any damage" in the most rudest manner. I waited in surprise and shock to how he thought this was anywhere near acceptable to speak to a customer. My best thoughts were that he didn't have the time of day to be dealing with two paying 18 year olds. The watch was returned to me for the second time. I tested the fit of the watch again with the man directly in front of me. I personally was very happy with the fit where for some very odd reason the guy wasn't. He was adamant that I shouldn't of made the decision to remove the last link and claimed in a sarcastic style "the watch will stop your blood circulation in the summer". Me and my brother were confused to why he was making these comments where I the customer was happy with the the adjusted watch. I appreciate he knows what he's talking about, but me, my brother and hopefully you can agree with me that this could of been dealt much differently and handled with more care, no? After all what happened to the customer being right? Following his 'joke' I replied "I don't appreciate this customer service." Which the male worker reacted with the biggest grin and no verbals looking directly to me! At this point I was truly livid and decided enough was enough and left the shop after saying "thanks", as after all I was taught that it's common curtesy to use manors, which cost nothing. This is a massive shame as I have used M&M jewellers in Rugby for numerous years, but am now definitely going to take my business elsewhere to prevent this from happening again. If you know you will be dealt by this man at the shop I urge you to think twice, unless you like having unpleasant and disgusting customer service, please go ahead. The Lady who saw to me the first time round was polite and helpful so it is proved that it can be done within M&M Jewellers. read more

M&M Jewellers is as good as it gets, the service is second to non, and as for the jewellery, well, where do I start, it is fabulous, and the prices range from the reasonably priced to the not so reasonably priced, I think it is safe to say that M&M will have something to fit your budget, whatever it might be, I have been a happy customer there on many occasions, and had repairs done as well, they are always first class and extremely well executed repairs.
