Come to find out after having many people come check it out including roofers and plumbers. It ended up being a leak from the roof. Terry was very confident that he could fix my roof leak. And sure enough when they sent their men out to reinstall the shingles and take apart the old one they found the area where the water was intruding and damaging the wood. Just glad they found and fixed it after ongoing issues. In our emailed conversations it was stated he would do both sides of my roof however when his technician got here he said the other was not needed and not placed as a work order on the invoice. I was fine with it as long as they would warrant the other side. However, when I spoke with Terry, he still honored his quote, got his technician to come back out the following week, and got everything I asked done!! Overall a wonderful experience, at a very competitive price, and a thorough job done. I am happy that I decided to go with them! In 2017 we asked Superior Roofing to repair some damage from a tree limb that fell on the roof. They did a good job. We continued to use them to blow the leaves off our roof and to make other small repairs as needed. About four years later, I asked if we needed a new roof. They went up and inspected and said no, our roof was in great shape. Last year. David S. warned me that we would need a new roof in a year or two. This year our insurance company rated the house because the roof was at least 15 years old. We went ahead and replaced the roof before it was an emergency. Superior Roofing, David S., and the whole installation crew. were professional, prompt and efficient. They did a great job of cleaning up after the roof was installed. The work was completed two days before the January 2026 ice storm. We were warm and cozy and dry under our new roof. I highly recommend Superior Roofing.

They were usually 2-4 hours late in arrival time. The water heaters were plumbed incorrectly- he used the wrong couplings, tubing and also installed improperly. He turned the pressure up to 160 (60 is the max per professionals). The valve had to be replaced and we paid $1,000 to a master plumber to re - plumb correctly and replace the valve. The ceiling fan was wired backward. They would not return my calls or text when I asked them to come fix it. Very poor quality and customer service.

I've been in contact with him for months now trying to set up an insurance claim with him he will not provide insurance and try to have a payout as an alternative which he agreed to, and did not want to go through insurance, which I had preferred. Even though he agreed to do a payout so I can get my car fixed. He ended up blocking my number then blocking my husband's number. At this point we're going through our HOA to file a claim through his COI. He also did have undocumented workers on site which is why we didn't call the police in the first place because we didn't want any trouble with them, even though they tried covering up the damage that they did, due to the political climate right now. Just be noted all this was caught on Ring camera us and all of our neighbors have cameras directed to our cars and at least two cameras caught this. This was the worst case scenario leaving reviews on his business sharing this personal information but at this point, he is not caring about his business because he doesn't want to resolve issues so I guess I won't care about it either. I will, however, take any and all views down once the situation is taken care of, but until then look out for more on every platform. Hopefully the insurance works quickly or Parker gets back in contact with me or my husband to finally resolve this. And just to know the damage was very expensive. A whole panel needs to be replaced, a small panel needs to be replaced, my back windshield needs to be replaced, and the vinyl that I had on my back windshield. They continue to drop materials from the roof on my car without care. There is meals on top of my car and under my car as well. They did leave a note to move our cars, but we were on vacation for 2 1/2 days already before they even left the note. Also know that all my other neighbors did move their cars so all the spots around me were vacant where they could've easily dropped their trash from the roof that wasn't on my car.
