Dan is a creative, caring, and communicative business owner. His team, led by Seth, was an absolute pleasure to work with - they did a truly fantastic job and were so nice and helpful throughout. After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right. Knowing we needed to get our brick stairs repaired, we absolutely wanted to do the same bluestone treads. Chris stopped by and we worked on a slightly adjusted plan vs the neighbor's house. Chris did all of the work end to end... Researching my specific questions, acquiring the materials, and scheduling us within a couple of weeks. His team of masons are expert! They did an amazing job including the part I was most concerned about, core drilling the bottom treads and resetting the hand railings. Core drilling and setting in a cement product is the way to go. The railings were loose when we purchased the house. They are firmly set and should be for years to come. I am so glad I noticed them on a walk. So many of our neighbors are slowing down, stopping, or asking questions. I think the work is a hit!
