I phoned and spoke with the electrician who asked if I had GFI outlets in the kitchen (which I did). He suggested that I try resetting them. That solved my problem. He could have come by and charged us a nice fee, but instead gave me free advice on the phone which worked perfectly. I'm grateful and impressed.

The patio and retaining wall look great. The project took longer than expected, but those delays were all on our side. We took longer than we should have to make various decisions about light fixtures, etc. We also changed the scope of the project a few times, adding more areas of walkways that we decided needed to be refinished with the stamped concrete. We would recommend KBR for any project that you might have. Karen was great to work with and even when we were not following through with things on our end, she never lost her cool with us and was very patient waiting for us to come to decisions on things. Or want to come and fix things at the most inconvenient time for you, always on there time, never on yours. All in all--- go ELSEWHERE if available to you.
