Three story house with Four bed, two bath, plus basement. He was good to his word. The job took two days, two forty foot bins, and 2 truckloads of donations. In addition a king size water bed (thanks for taking one for the team, but don't do that again). I wish I had taken photos of the crew. They were so helpful. We were so emotionally attached to my moms things. Bob and Crew were sympathetic and kind. Bob and team Help me and my family get through a rough time. ELS is not cheap. Very disappointed. Edited to add; once my review was seen, I finally got a response! Strange how it was ignored until I was vocal online. Shockingly, once Roberto (presumed owner?) responded it got worse. The entire exchange Roberto was defensive and condescending. I am doubling down on my initial review. I would give -5 stars if I could. Highly advise against doing business here, at least as a customer. Based on this interaction I can only speculate about the corruption on the actual liquidation side of his business.
