Very bad business practices and rude to boot. To preface, I create a list each week of sales that I…read morepost online on various social media platforms. I go almost every week to a sale or two, and like to take photos and videos of the stuff I find. I post some of those videos online and always give the liquidator credit, free advertising ya know? Fawn's sales used to always be at the top of my list, but that ship has sailed. She reached out to me directly and told me I was no longer welcome at her sales because of a video she found online that wasn't even mine. She explained that In the video, the person recording was heard disparaging the home and complaining about the prices. After consulting with a lawyer, she said it was a liability to allow me in. What was gross was how fake pleasant she was over the phone, patronising and condescending. Well it didn't stop there. She proceeded to reach out to every other reputable estate sale liquidator in the area, encouraging them to do the same. One followed suit, good riddance. Whats funny is, some time later, another liquidator approached me during one of their sales to say how ridiculous Fawn was being. This liquidator responded to Fawn's call by posting signs at their sales encouraging a social media presence and asking to be tagged in photos and videos. Needless to say I do not advertise Sydney B Moore sales on my list, and I wouldn't be caught dead at her sales.

It would make her more sales on those high ticket prices. I would avoid her sales! Update: I'm not sure what you are speaking about. Perhaps you have me confused with someone else. I certainly did not throw a temper tantrum. You were rude and yelled at me. Glad that type of professionalism works out for you. I would caution others from giving you business. Kindness goes a long way....and helps make more sales.

In a matter of 30 mins walking through the house, he gave us many suggestions that were "low cost/no cost" to make our home show as well as possible. We spent several days implementing all of his suggestions, and our house sold in one day over asking! Dave really knows this business and he's a great guy to work with as well! Highly recommend!

Nat's company is Barone & Sons Inc Appraisers. I spoke with Nat directly for about 45 minutes on the phone. He was very nice and extremely helpful. Nat told me from the info he gathered talking to me that I should save my money and not bother with an appraisal as it would come in much lower than the sale price. And since my wife and I already knew that and were ok with that there was no point in doing an extensive expensive appraisal . At least not at this point. Nat said that if I buy the house and when I go to grieve the taxes then it would be worth getting an appraisal done. Nat is truly a great guy and a great business man. He has earned my trust and all future business. If you need a top notch appraiser for your house in pittsburgh then go to Barone and sons. You will not be sorry you picked them.

$40,000 over asking price!!!…read more Daniel represented us in the sale of our home on Navahoe Drive in Mt. Lebanon. Early on in the process, he counseled us on improvements and updates that were needed to stage our older home for profitable sale. Despite our reluctance to invest in a property we were about to sell, he was resolute and his advice proved to be worthwhile. With respect to asking price, we decided to be conservative, and to allow the market to dictate where the actual sale price would fall. In a four-day whirlwind of home visits, offers and counters, we were fortunate to be able to sell our home at a tremendous price. Daniel managed this process for u.s, kept the lid on our emotions, and guided us to a very profitable sale. Our recommendation is unequivocal. Daniel is an outstanding agent, sensitive to his client's needs, but insistent about his professional opinions. A prospective seller could not find a more attentive real estate agent.

Right off the bat, he made sure my wife and I truly understood what we were getting into - what can we truly afford? can we expect to get a majority of the things we want within our budget? how much money will be need at closing? what should we expect in terms of allegheny county taxes? etc. He really helped level set expectations. And that was wonderful. But his greater value came when he took us to look at houses. Daniel provided great insight into what work / improvements needed to be done to each house and whether the improvements would actually increase the value of the house. Once we moved into the offer and contract phase, he provided consistent support, kept us on task and timeline, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Honestly, I couldn't imagine a better experience and I couldn't imagine ever going through the process without Daniel leading the way. If you're in the market for a house, call him. You won't be disappointed.
