In addition a king size water bed (thanks for taking one for the team, but don't do that again). I wish I had taken photos of the crew. They were so helpful. We were so emotionally attached to my moms things. Bob and Crew were sympathetic and kind. Bob and team Help me and my family get through a rough time. ELS is not cheap. Nat told me from the info he gathered talking to me that I should save my money and not bother with an appraisal as it would come in much lower than the sale price. And since my wife and I already knew that and were ok with that there was no point in doing an extensive expensive appraisal . At least not at this point. Nat said that if I buy the house and when I go to grieve the taxes then it would be worth getting an appraisal done. Nat is truly a great guy and a great business man. I couldn't care less about an auction. This is a major life transition that requires care and empathy not a focus on items to make their business more money. I felt so uncomfortable and since then he's repeatedly reached out to me asking about moving forward despite me never indicating a desire to. I left a review and it was slightly negative on a different cite and he actually called to see if it was me who left the review, which is not only unprofessional, but crosses a major line.
