This company came through our development which we all have the same style house and size roof. They told us to co tact our insurance, charged everyone different price points for the same labor and material and told some home owners they do not have to pay any deductible while other did regardless of the amount of the deductible. They left nails littered all over the roof. I'm my drains and in my yard. (I have 3 daughters 9,8,4) When I sent them an email with photos, they didn't respond that they would come remedy - but when they were owed money, they called ever single day. Come to your own conclusion about the actual workers. They didn't speak English, I was worried if they were illegal and insured. I had a very negative experience with M&J Roofing and Siding. When they initially came to my house, they had me sign what they referred to as a "tech sheet," which I later discovered was actually a contingency agreement. They misled me during our discussion, giving the impression that I could still get estimates from other roofers. As a result, I was unaware that I was committing to their services. To make matters worse, they haven't performed any work on my house, I haven't ordered any products, and I haven't received any estimate or breakdown of services. When I informed them that I had decided to go with another company, they demanded that I either work with them or pay a $3,500 service fee. This feels like a scam, as they were very confident in their threats to take me to court, claiming they have won similar cases with multiple judges. I feel as though I have been set up and cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services to anyone. read more

They hire workers that I doubt even get min wage so if you are looking for quality work lmao you ain't gonna get it here not only do I have to get another company to fix my roof that's the least of my problems. Everything we own in attic ( and that's where we keep everything is ruined) all our clothes sentimental things too much to even name. Of the three quotes we got for a new roof and gutters, this was the best for the money we spent. Anthony was a knowledgeable and assertive salesperson. Mike I was easygoing as well. This company uses subcontractors to do the work. You can't communicate with them because they don't speak English. They put their signs In people's yards telling them can get their homeowners insurance to pay for the work. Drags it out for free advertising. You must watch each step of the project or they will take shortcuts. Make sure every detail is written in contract or obvious things will become add-ons.
