I did Not see, nor was I looking for, the signage posted saying do not enter. The door was open. I had no malintent nor any nefarious action In mind. I just simply wanted to get a dozen minnows and not get verbal mistreatment. Instead of simply saying 'hey you can't be in here', the owner/manager was demeaning and yelled (she says she just spoke loudly) at me like I was a little kid . I'm an Army retiree and appalled, disappointed, and offended by owner/manager actions. Needless to say, after over 20 years in the military, I am not easily offended. Didn't think much of it but as I was test driving it, it reaked like burning oil. I asked mark about it and he assured me it was residual oil from having it serviced and he would have them wash it down. I agree, buy the car and let than 6 months later massive coolant leak. I take it in and a shop quotes me 4k for oil leak and new radiator. I spend about another 2 grand on oil, wipers, tires, and what not. Last month the ac stopped working and the last week the air suspension craps out. I take it in and ask if they could tell me what's going on with the suspension. Brice agrees and I get a call with a quote of over 14k worth of repairs. I talk with Mark and explain what's going on and he says that I bought it "as is". I drive to get my jeep from SF and when I get there brice tells me it will be $200 for get my car back and I tell him he never told me I would have to pay 200 and I couldn't until Friday. He says "too bad, your not getting your car". His words.My dad buys tons of cars from them so I just trusted my dad's judgement. But I feel like this is criminal.

The tech looked at it, and started putting air in without asking. This so-called "service call" was literally 1.5 miles away. Steer clear of this establishment.
