The store inside is pretty big and has lots of varieties of choices that you can buy even the souvenirs of a state. The store is very clean and well-maintained. Mr. Stas is also very nice and professional behaved this is a store do you want to visit on your way. This is probably the biggest store and surrounding 100 miles area in my opinion. A place owner/manager that does not believe in customer service or decent treatment…read more I Mistakenly entered the bait room to get minnows as I do at numerous bait shops not knowing about different rules in this place. I did Not see, nor was I looking for, the signage posted saying do not enter. The door was open. I had no malintent nor any nefarious action In mind. I just simply wanted to get a dozen minnows and not get verbal mistreatment. Instead of simply saying 'hey you can't be in here', the owner/manager was demeaning and yelled (she says she just spoke loudly) at me like I was a little kid . I'm an Army retiree and appalled, disappointed, and offended by owner/manager actions. Needless to say, after over 20 years in the military, I am not easily offended. I do, however, expect Anyone who made the honest mistake that I did to be treated with at least the respect any human being is due. It's not My fault that she hasn't "had a day off in a year." I didn't do that to her. I did my job when I didn't have a day off for year in Iraq. I didn't blame her for that. I waited in line for a while and finally asked "Can I just get a receipt for pump 4 please?" and the attendant said "Sure, but you don't have to be a snot about it." Mind you-I am not a regular, not a local, this woman does not know me. I replied "I wasn't being a snot" and she said "yeah, you kinda were." Even if I was a snot, I'm a CUSTOMER. She really shouldn't be talking to customers like that. Worst customer service ever. I will not be going back there, I think unless you enjoy being treated like that you shouldn't go there either.
