It was not until a recent interaction with what is now TNT Event Services that I have come to the conclusion, I must seek another vendor for my future event rental needs. I assumed I would get the same quality and service I had previously experienced until receiving soiled and damaged tables and chairs. Understanding things happen, I politely informed Brittany of my disappointment with the equipment. Brittany challenged my critique and then proceeded to follow up by offering to retrieve the equipment with a refund knowing full well it would impact my family event planned for the next day. Rather than apologize and admit there was an opportunity to do better, Brittany chose to facetiously offer me an alternative that would leave me unable to host the event I planned. Yes, the previous owner graciously offered to bring chair covering at no additional cost but I did not feel that truly addressed my concerns with the equipment or Brittany's response to my displeasure. Needless to say, I will not do business with TNT going forward. I recommend you also go elsewhere for your party planning needs.

Phillip Schnorr is the owner of the company and initially offered no refund. After a period of back and forth, he only offered around 20% refund.. It's not about the money. It's not about the money at all. It's about the fact that we rented a week before the wedding. The likely hood of someone else renting in that short a time frame is low. At least my mother had the strength to call and cancel. 20% and returning calls days later after several people have called over the last week? People like him are what is wrong with the world. Not how you run a business.

Excellent service from start to finish…read more I was hosting a party for my wife, one of those special birthdays that end in zero and I was clearly out of my element. Not only was I out of my element, I was unsure of what I needed. I shouldn't have worried, the crew at Luxe walked me through the process. Then allowed me to make changes. Then make some more changes. When the day of delivery came, I realized that one of the changes I made deleted some fans that I needed. It was my own fault, but alas, no problem, a quick trip back to Luxe and I loaded the items on my car. Everything went very smoothly.

We were upfront with telling him our desired plan. The tent is for use if it is bad weather only. We wanted to cancel the tent if possible but keep the lights regardless and if no tent is used, poles would be necessary on one side to attach the lights to. He assured us if we were to cancel the tent before 72 hours of the event we would not be charged and he would still be able to do the string lights without a problem. Prior to booking I even gave him the contact information of the venue so he could speak with them and see what was needed. I even sent a photo of the exact set up I wanted. He did not run into any issues UNTIL the week of my wedding when we cancelled the tent because weather was forecast no rain. He said he was unable to do the string lights because it was not "economically feasible to do so." This left me within 3 days of my wedding and no lighting to light an outside dinner and reception area. We ended up having my father in law and other men buy lights from Costco and set everything up themselves. Long story short, do not trust their word.
