I met Debbie originally when she appraised my house as part of my divorce. She was recommended by…read moremy (soon to be ex-)wife's lawyer. Needless to say, I was initially skeptical. However, she provided relevant info and answered all questions from both attorneys, my wife and me. She was quite knowledgeable and well informed on the transactions then occurring in our neighborhood. In that divorce, I was awarded the house and lived there for another two years. Since she had impressed me in the earlier appraisal process, I contacted her when I decided to sell. She immediately jumped on the listing and arranged an open house within two weeks. After the open house, I had several offers, all of which were very near my asking price. After selecting a winning offer, Debbie stayed on all the parties involved and shepherded the inspections and information to the title company. The end result on this sale was a favorable closing within 60 days of listing. At the same time, Debbie found several homes for me to buy that met my criteria. After selecting the best fit, she again leapt on all the things that are required to happen to buy a house. She managed the process and kept me informed on the status of both closing processes. I was able to drive from the sale closing to the purchase closing and move directly from my sold home to my new purchase. I credit Debbie's market knowledge, hard work and initiative for achieving these favorable results.

She really took the time to get to know us and our needs rather than sending over massive amounts of listings that she knew just weren't right for us. In the end, Riann supported us through 4 offers, 3 inspections, multiple difficult sellers, and finished up by getting us into our dream home. I could go on and on, but assure you you won't be disappointed. If you want old lady, big hair, lack of attention to detail, tacky name tags, and typical realtor BS, Riann is NOT for you. If you want someone who is forward thinking, an excellent communicator, knows the business like a true pro, and will truly fight for you so you have no regrets and feel 100% confident with the purchase.....Riann is the one for you! We looked for a couple months before finding our home and Lauren was incredible patient yet persistent through the process. Lauren is extremely available by phone, text or email and to stop by and see homes quickly. Lauren truly cares about the wellbeing of her clients and finding the best home for them, not just making a sale. We could not recommend her more and hope all of our friends seek her out for any home buying, selling or leasing needs!

She got…read moreus multiple offers well above asking price on our opening weekend, and she did it with a big smile, energy, and passion for her work. She went above and beyond throughout the process and made the whole experience so easy and pleasant for us. We highly recommend using Lauren if you are looking to buy or sell a home in the Dallas area! When we decided to sell our condo, I was still living across the country in Philadelphia, and my fiancé and I (well, really my fiancé) was in the busy final stretch of planning our wedding. We told Lauren that we wanted to sell the place really quickly, easily, and for top dollar (a challenging combination!), so that we could be closed before our wedding and enjoy our honeymoon. Lauren immediately took the reigns and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. She had the perfect recommendations in terms of doing just the right amount of touch-ups / improvements to make the place ready to sell quickly. In addition to recommending what we should do, she also had great referrals for the actual companies and contractors that would perform the work (painters, handymen, stagers, cleaning services, photographers). PLUS, she made multiple trips to my condo to coordinate and manage all of the work being done since I was living across the country. She really did a lot to make sure our very tight and aggressive timeline stayed on track. When all of the work was completed and the pictures taken, my family and friends barely recognized the place - her recommendations really transformed the place without spending much, and the little investment that we did make on improvements was easily returned with a high multiple. By the time we officially listed the condo, Lauren had done an amazing job of pre-selling the place to the many realtors in her network. So, within a matter of hours, we had multiple attractive offers. Lauren held two great open houses on Saturday and Sunday of opening weekend, and the offers continued to pour in. We had multiple offers well above list price, and ultimately accepted one $15K over asking price within 4 days of listing the unit. After we accepted the offer, Lauren managed the remainder of the process to perfection, with no bumps or snags, and keeping us informed throughout the process. We happily closed about a month before our wedding, which was a major relief! We had an amazing experience working with Lauren, and we know you will too if you choose her as your realtor!
