WOW WOW WOW! There aren't adequate words to express the outstanding experience we had with…read moreBrandon. I found Brandon via a google search and decided to give him a call based on his 5 star google reviews! Let me tell you he is the only person you will ever need to call for home renovations! From the first initial phone call I knew we were in good hands! Brandon is SUPERB with communication, very easy to talk to, has GREAT ideas, trustworthy, patient, hard working and can do it all! It's evident that Brandon puts his heart into his work! He took the time to really explain things and talk me through different ideas. (Everything you would ever want in a contractor!) I worked with Brandon long distance (without meeting him)to do a remodeling project. Initially, i thought I would have to fly back and oversee the project, but not after I found Brandon. The best thing about him is that his standard is to go above and beyond. He easily could have cut corners without me knowing but his top level of communication and care for our home continued until the very last walkthrough. He is beyond thorough and his craftsmanship is unmatched. I am telling you he is a one of a kind type of contractor- considered yourself blessed that you have found someone that will exceed your expectations! The best customer experience I've ever had- a thousand stars!

Hired to paint the trim on my workshop. The estimate specified the following:…read more 1. Caulk and putty all seams 2. Apply one coat SW Oil Based Problock to boards with rusty nail heads 3. Paint 4 posts, beams, corner boards by azek, trim, etc coats Sw Duration Satin #1 was mostly done. #2 was not done. #3 was done well. I told the spokesman for the painting team that the nailheads were to be pretreated but was disregarded. I also sent an email to Wulfhorst Painting but to date have received no reply. It would seem that there was a lack of communication between Brad and the painting team that resulted in a partial completion of what was specified in the estimate. Therefore, I would expect a price adjustment. And I can only hope that the nailheads do not bleed through again.

We had a cracked pipe from winter cold that connected to one of our outside spigots. Rob, knew the situation and what we were asking for (I use very laymen terms) gave a quote and kept that quote. He also was really good at responding to questions I had and we were able to plan the work a few weeks out very easily. Robert came a little late, but that was due to an emergency situation with a customer who had a busted pipe at the water meter. You gotta love a professional who cares about his customers, but other than that, he looked at the situation, went to the store to get what he needed and was done within 30 mins (it was very quick). We were really thankful that he also put in a shut off valve so we could turn off that pipe in the winter so it doesn't get cracked again. It really can't get much better, Rob's pricing was great, his communication was 1st class, his understanding and professionalism was all amazing and super helpful. The facet works great and there is no water leaking at all, the house was clean and now we have our outdoor faucet back. Highly Recommend RCB Plumbing, they would be hard to beat.
