He doesn't care that some people are allergic to animals and just let's his cats run around the store during business hours. He says he will call when he gets the supplies into his store but he never does. For the past 6 months his store has been disgusting there is no telling when the last time it has been cleaned don't even get me started on the smell. I showed up at M&D at exactly 7 PM, which is apparently what time they close Monday through Friday. Instead of turning me away like any other store would do, they told me to come in and asked what I needed help finding. In under five minutes someone ushered me to the correct department, picked out the right wrench. and I was checked out, and on my way out of there. The friendliness, helpfulness, and hospitality of the group at M&D is second to none!
