She insulted my Mum when she tried on an outfit which we both already knew didn't suit her, making her feel even more self-conscious. She then boldly criticised mine and my husband-to-be's choice on our wedding colours and made me feel as though I was being incredibly selfish, even though my Mum already had her favourite colour picked out! She asked nothing about her, what type of wedding we were having, what style, colours etc. my Mum was interested in wearing. I have never encountered such appalling service. We left feeling insulted and angry and there is no way my Mum was going to give this woman her business to buy such a special outfit for such a special day.

The staff are lovely and extremely helpful without being overpowering. There is a changing room to the rear of the shop with is nice and bright so you can see what you have tried on in comfort. When you have purchased an item they wrap it up with lovely paper and pop it into a great cord handled bag that is lovingly sealed. A great shop with excellent staff.
