Glad to see the long time owner has retired happy. Have used Nedza for many years for great auto…read morerepair. Tried to go there today with the new owners for a LOF/rotate as a called in waiter appointment at 8:00AM when they open. Worker drives in and unlocks doors at 7:52AM, I wait until 8:00 to go in. I immediately notice, in my opinion, that the shop is just a shambles. Look, car repair shops aren't going to be a pristine environment. This was an absolute hellhole compared to how Nedza usually was. Piles of OilDri, torn hunks of cardboard packaging everywhere on the floor, and piles on various used parts strewn about. Motorcycle parked so you couldn't get to the waiting area. There are three lift bays for cars, one being a drive up/on. My service would need a non-drive up/on. Those two are in use. So, they aren't ready for my appointment. The poor worker hears us come in, and immediately is calling on his phone, and hands his phone to us on speaker to chat with someone named Luis/something/didn't get a good look at it. I have no problem with anyone being employed anywhere, but this poor man can't communicate with me. "Whatcha need?" (WTF is this question?) "I had an appointment at 8 for a LOF/rotate." "Oh yeah. I am out doing a test drive on a car right now. Be there in a bit. Just give your car keys to him." (He took the car home with him to test drive?) Feeling uneasy, I give my keys to the worker guy. Walk outside and then in the outside door to the waiting room. Decide that with a repair shop floor that looks that bad compared to the years that I have been a customer that I don't want them touching my car, I go back in, ask for my keys back and leave. Nedza was great for many, many years. I sort of feel bad that I won't use the new owners after this.

would strongly caution anyone considering this business...They were very friendly over the phone…read moreand initially seemed helpful in person, but the experience quickly went downhill. The "diagnosis" amounted to briefly checking and SMELLING the gas cap, yet we were charged $150 for that alone. Afterward, we were told we owed an additional $75 that had not been clearly discussed upfront. When we questioned the extra charge, we were told the balance could be sent to collections, which felt unnecessarily aggressive given the situation. The biggest issue was the lack of transparency around pricing and what services were actually being performed. If you do choose to work with them, I highly recommend getting a detailed quote in writing before agreeing to anything. Overall, this was a frustrating experience that left us feeling taken advantage of during an already stressful time. So disappointing. EDIT: Sent threats and called me names after leaving this review... Screenshots attached. Saw his reply To this post, we sent $75 before you came and $75 after you showed up. That would be $150. Then, sent you the other $75 today after you decided to cuss out my boyfriend and threatened him multiple times. Not sure where the hostility towards us came from, but I do hope this review helps others save their time, energy and money from dealing with someone like yourself.

I brought my car in for a coolant leak repair, and I ended up with more problems and a higher bill…read morethan quoted. I was originally given a price for the coolant leak repair, but upon pickup, I was charged an additional $100 with no clear explanation. The worst part is that my car was in perfect condition when I dropped it off--no unusual noises at all. When I picked it up, they told me there was a noise, suggesting it was the power steering pump and belt tensioner. They claimed they didn't notice it earlier because they couldn't test drive the car due to the coolant leak. However, the noise was obvious as soon as the car was turned on, a loud whining sound, and even more noticeable when accelerating. How could they have moved my car without noticing it, but suddenly it appears after they 'fixed' the coolant leak? Now they're saying it needs additional repairs costing $791, for issues that weren't there before. The front desk person, Joe, always says, 'I wasn't here when that happened,' but he was the one who quoted me the initial price and charged me the extra $100. He was also present when I returned to complain about the new noise and tried to cut me off, clearly not wanting other customers to hear our conversation. They told me to bring the car back the following week, supposedly to address the issue. After dropping it off, I received a call saying I needed to pay $791 for repairs to something that wasn't broken when I brought the car in. There's zero accountability here. I took my car to another mechanic, and they suspect the water pump was installed incorrectly, which could damage the tension belt--exactly what's wrong with my car now. They messed up my car, plain and simple. And from I read from previous reviews here, this is not first time they do shady stuff. Everyone beware!
