I did work with a to-the-trade showroom to provide Larry with the fabric, it's from the Holly Hunt Great Outdoors Collection, the fabric's name is "Journey", color is "Clover". Our high-end fabric combined with Larry's work (at very reasonable pricing and NO petty up-charges) has given us a brand new sofa and for half the price with twice the quality. I reached out to Furniture & Repairs for a couple or recliners that my grandmother needed repaired. They were quick with a response through Yelp and even followed up with me directly before reaching out to my grandmother. Not only were they thorough in explaining the estimate and repair process, they followed up multiple times to try and schedule an appointment -- only wish grandma would have put in her hearing aids a little sooner to answer their calls! Ultimately, she decided that purchasing a new vinyl recliner might be more frugal but is looking forward to having them come out and repair a leather recliner once she's got her new furniture delivered. Repaired my recliner under the Macy's furniture extended warranty I bought, which consisted of…read moreswapping out the electrical components. Easy repair, and it works. I hope the part lasts. The original electrical system stopped working suddenly after only 15 months of mild use! Filing a claim with Macy's warranty company was cumbersome, required duplicating the initial warranty claim in a second software program, in a phone app, for the repair company, that that wouldn't load required, duplicative videos, and it took 4 months to get the part and set the appointment!! No reflection on the repair service, though: they arrived when promised and work was completed quickly.
