We used Mark A Wilson Building Contractors for our dorma build (which included a bathroom en suite) in April/May of this year. They were excellent from beginning to end. The quote we received was very competitive. I liked the fact that Mark would actually manage the job, bringing in plumbers, tilers, electricians and much more. He even brought round catalogues from local firms for bathroom fittings. He provided expert advice when needed (providing information on jobs we could complete ourselves if we wanted to save money) and resolved any issues with useful ideas. Mark and his tream are friendly, professional, tidy up after themselves and delivered on time and to budget. Nothing was too much for him. I must admit I was nervous before we started as you would be about starting anything this big and spending this much money but there was really no need. Through out the whole build you felt like the customer was always first. I was kept up to date and felt that I could approach Mark about any aspect of the job. Right from the beginning, from concept to completion Mark and his team of first class time-served tradesmen excelled in every way. Great ideas as well as sound proffessional advice just made the designers already great drawings come to an amazing reality which has far exceeded our expectations for the additional bedroom and staircase we had planned and envisaged. We have resently had a loft conversion with en suite carried out by Mark and his very professional team. What can i say, they turn up on the day they are due, the time they are due and even have brews when they are due (10 and 3 usually !). They are a fabulous bunch of craftman and everything is carried out to a very high standard. We enlisted Mark to carry out a loft conversion which was reasonably priced and carried out to an excellent standard. Mark and his team are all lovely which we found made all the difference when they are in your house all day for weeks. Mark and his team have done several jobs for me. They fitted pvc to the fascias and soffits of my house and dry verge on the roof. They also installed a new door frame and floor in my utility room.
