They were clean, careful and effiecient workers. I was so impressed ( something not easily done), that I have asked them to now quote for a new front garden. We had been worried about starting such a big project alongside working/living at home, but the team on site were very professional, friendly and always left the site clean and tidy each day. We were really impressed with the high-quality work of all the tradespeople that worked on our loft. Mark visited the site regularly and kept us updated with the progress at each stage. It was always easy to reach Mark with any questions or queries throughout (before, during & after) the work. As for the final price, it was always as initially agreed, and any extras that came up were communicated to us beforehand. In need of damp proofing, I phoned around a lot of local companies for quotes and Bar Preservation…read morewas the =only one who came up with a decent price and had all the relevant certification needed by my mortgage provider. The work was done efficiently and on time, however, they did uncover a few more problems which needed sorting. They did them for me too. I had to call them out after the work had been done because of a problem with a water pump they had fitted but it was sorted there and then. The service was professional and I was happy with the work.
