From when the concrete was laid and the second large payment made, they then showed no interest in completing the job. After not keeping to their own schedule, the colouring was kept on too long and we are now left with black patches in addition to: * Footprints and mud marks sealed over. * Stained and sealed over the patio door. * Didn't replace the old drain heads, just put new ones on top which led to concrete filling the drain which now needs to be removed, after a drain survey from Mersey Rod. * The drainage pipes from the Arco drains are poor with plastic bags stuffed around them. After finally managing to organize a site visit to review and rectify the above issues, both Steve and Dave didn't turn up or contact us to rearrange. Their communications to us are very poor, not replying to emails, texts and calls. Very disappointing to say the least considering on their website it states they have 20 years fitting experience and they guarantee a perfect drive for you!

I'm so relieved I got only one because it's dreadful. it's not level it's bodged from bricks that don't match yes that's how they left it. I've got a drain that isn't connected to anything and fills up. A lip going from the side of the house to the back so they couldn't even get them to level together. The m an holes cut out chipping the concrete out leaving it open to split. It has some cracked and Steve the owner of Dimention Driveways has been told but he simply replied with 'the works have been told' that's not helping. The connecting concrete from driveway to pathway looks like it was cut out by someone with their eyes closed and it's already chipping away it's 2 months old and looks dreadful. Save yourself a lot of money and don't use Dimension Driveways. If you do do what we did and keep copies of all correspondences so you have proof of contact. Dimention Driveway's managed to get my google review removed as he claimed to be a disgruntled ex employee. He outsourced the work completed at my house. I'm definitely not a driveway installer but I'm pretty confident I could do a better job of it.
