I started dealing with this company in April 2021…read more It's been 3 months of excuses and extremely poor workmanship. $5000 dollars later I end up with a patio cover that leaks like a SIEVE. After 5 trips to install and do repairs by the owner Mr. William Copeland we informed him on Tuesday July 13th that in order to prevent any further damage to our home we were having some one else come out and fix the leaks after his many failed attempts and would send him the bill. Campbell Siding promptly fixed all of the issues for a reasonable price. We sent Mr. Copeland the invoice today July 24th. Mr. Copeland promptly phoned my husband and basically told him that he was not paying it and why would we not let him come out and attempt to fix the issues again. My husband informed him he has been out to fix these issues multiple times and its only getting worse. Conversation became heated and I stated to Mr. Copeland he had many chances to fix the issues and we would no longer communicate with him. Mr. Copeland called a short while later saying he wanted to come to our house and take the patio cover down. At this point Mr. Copeland was irrational and we do not feel comfortable with him being at our home or doing any more work to the patio cover. In summation, Mr. Copeland will not take accountability for his extremely poor workmanship. He will place blame anywhere but himself. Mr. Copeland has absolutely no consideration for his customers time or inconveniences. In order to have any communication with Mr. Copeland you must chase him down. His business practice is horrendous! As for the review by Laura Edwards, Mr. Copeland stated many times during his many trips here that she was not a customer of his and he had no record of doing work for her. I believe this to be a lie. Our experiences with this company are very similar and show a pattern. 10 out of 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
