JB employs skilled craftsmen that don't take shortcut. They adhere to a schedule and their work is exemplary. It's increasingly rare to find a company that delivers on time and what is promised. I recommend this company without hesitation. You won't be disappointed. DM Barrett, J.D., Ph.D.

We highly recommend Denson Tree Service, especially in an emergency. We would give 10 stars if we…read morecould. Sometime around 6 pm on July 21, 2023, our giant pine tree snapped in two and fell on our house. Denson Tree Service drove an hour from Albertville and by 10 pm were hard at work with all necessary heavy equipment (crane truck, dump truck with claw, backhoe, work lights, and more). Billy, the owner, said he thought about waiting till the next day, but after seeing weather reports of more rain by 2 am, decided to come that night. By 3 am they had the tree completely off the house and tarping in place...it was amazing, we've never seen anything like it! The crew worked efficiently, safely, and at top speed. The next day when I looked around, I was so touched. They had carefully moved my pots of flowers out of harm's way. Such care and thoughtfulness! And they cleaned up as they went. Today they removed the remaining debris and our yard and driveway are immaculate. We don't even have the pile of branches on the curb all our neighbors have. Denson Tree Service crew, Billy, and Lacy, we cannot thank you enough!!! Y'all were a miracle of timeliness, competence, and KINDNESS on a very bad day. God bless you all and keep you safe always. They ran…read moreelectrical wiring and NAILED the wire BETWEEN the sheetrock and the studs (twice!) bulging out the sheetrock and causing electrical fire danger. I had to unscrew the sheetrock and get the wire out. They put sheetrock directly over an electrical outlet with no hole in the sheetrock, causing me to spent hours redoing their work! They nailed THROUGH an electrical outlet box to install it. So I have 2 nails with bare metal exposed inside an electrical box where an outlet is supposed to go-that's a major fire hazard! They spent 2 weeks doing a ~1 week job. They used an electrical sander for mudding with no sheets and spread sheetrock dust all over the basement. 2 months later, still digging out from their mess. Absolutely horrible; overcharged, underperformed, multiple instances of fire SAFETY hazard issues, egotistical jerks. Brian is a real piece of work, horrible individual to work with. Threatened to put a lien on the house b/c they didn't want to clean up dust mess they spread all over the basement (over computers, chairs, couches, etc.) and I wouldn't pay them until they did. If I could give a negative review I would.

The very next day my mom woke up to find water sitting on the left and on the right side of her house. Common sense would tell you if you come out to do plumbing work on someone's house and the very next day there is puddles of water sitting on both sides of the house (and it's not from rain) more than likely its from the plumbing work done on the house the day before. There was no leak the day before when you worked on it, but there's a leak the day after you worked on it, you do the math. You could atleast come back out to check to see what the problem is. That's just good business practice first of all. But no, the first thing you want to do is deny all plausibility. This is definitely a lesson learned. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!
