I was told they had a system that had moved the deal to lost, but they admitted that was an accidental issue on their side. Then, I was repeatedly told someone would call, but I never heard. The last straw was when I called and was told they had been dialing the wrong number for me - I only have one number. Then they called back (number works now) and said that everything was worked out, but now they have had a "significant" (their words) price increase, and the minimum order I had been quoted of $700 would now be $1500. That is not customer service and is not how business should be done. I offer this review as a warning to others. There are other companies, and hopefully, you will have a good experience. I did not.
