I had it together in no time and inserted the battery assuming it would need a charge to work but when i pulled the trigger I could immediately feel the recoil from this thing! Unfortunately so did my poor little dogs. One let out a whimper as he blew down the hall and was struggling to get a grip on the laminate. The other 2 ran for the front door but I immediately turned to see what was happening and the long haired one was directly in the line of sight of the wind coming from that thing. That wind was so strong there's no way it could be measured on the Beaufort scale. As soon as I gathered my bearings and released the trigger I noticed a tornado of dog hair whirling down the hallway and it touchdown just before reaching the back bedroom. This thing is EPIC! I walked in went up and down ilses on the right and left side of the store looking for what I needed, never found it, never found a employee in the store. Walked to the front counter where a guy was standing with items on the counter and waited with him for a few minutes, no one ever came. Add to this the store looked like a crime scene, things out of place a big pile of chain in an isle. As I walked out a couple of employees were still sitting outside in folding chairs smoking. I ask if they worked there and one responded, "yeah". I told them I went from one end of the store to the other and never saw an employee or found what I needed. They just staired blankly at me. True unapologetic bad service. When you are located out of the way on a road between TSC and Smith County Hardware you might want to put some effort into serving the people who walk into the store, I will never be back.

Ameen was so friendly and concerned. He talked to the tech, and they agreed to stay a bit later to fix it because my flight was leaving the first thing in the morning. They could have charged me anything they wanted. 20 minutes later, they called and said it was a simple repair. They charged me a reasonable fee and I had my computer back ASAP!
