Communication was just as frustrating. Partway through the project, Diego stopped responding entirely. I spent months calling and texting to try to resolve the situation and align on next steps. Eventually, someone claiming to be his assistant contacted me via WhatsApp to say he would not be calling me back. Overall, the lack of workmanship, accountability, and communication made this an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this contractor.
