My youngest started when she was 2.5 and even at that age they made sure they were doing the dance steps correctly. The instructors love teaching dance and it shows; they have a passion for teaching and it makes the kids get that same passion. The annual performance is more than just a bunch of dance classes getting on stage for a few minutes then off they go. There is always a theme (ex: Princess & the frog, Disneyland, Neverland, etc) that all the dances as well as musical theatre classes have in common which makes it a full show and as an audience member you want to see the entire show. The wide range of dance styles offered makes it a well rounded studio that will make any dancer happy!

Ms.Amna has a great team of talented dance instructors who teach all age groups including kids and adults. They organize 2 dance recitals every year and our family always looks forward to watch Amnadance shows. Her husband(Dean) also is actively engaged with the recital shows and is an excellent host narrator. After every recital we are awestruck with the amazing choreography, super energy, vibrant costumes, musicmix and innovative concepts!!! We have been taking lessons with Ms.Amna for a while now from before when she was pregnant and has a little 5 month old baby now, however that has never impacted any of our dance lessons or shows. This shows that she is a very dedicated teacher, passionate about her work and displays true professionalism. Ms.Amna and her team are very flexible with schedules and accommodating on a short notice. Amna offered me a reasonable package deal of 8 private lessons for my daughter's solo performance and personally did the music mixing with selected age appropriate lyrics. We got a chance to have 1:1 private lessons for my 5.5yr old daughter with Ms Shayna, one of Amna's instructors. ms.Shayna choreographed on 2 bollywood hiphop fusion dance songs with age-appropriate steps. Her choreography was top class and she helped teach by breaking down steps into small movements and made required adjustments for hard steps. Her teaching style was super fun and and my daughter looked forward to each dance lesson. Ms.Shayna ensured the choreography was completed on time so we had sufficient time for cleanups and dress rehearsals. We are truly impressed by my kids's growth with every performance. I recommend Amnadance as the best Bollywood dance company in Orange County considering teaching instructor skills, various dance styles, professionalism, recitals quality and reasonable prices. They'll often show different versions of the same movement so you can find what works for your skill level, while still giving you something to work toward. The class sizes are smaller and homey, so you never feel lost in the crowd. The instructors will notice when you're struggling and will come over to help, spot you, or break something down. I started back in April barely able to do anything, and now I'm here every week. It's been really cool seeing the progress over time, and aerial has honestly brought out a confidence in me that I was definitely struggling with before. Another thing I love is how many different apparatuses there are to try. Hammock, lyra, and silks are the main ones, but they also bring out more unique apparatuses depending on the season--spiral, coffin, pentagram, moon, chains, and more. There's always something new or slightly unhinged to try, which keeps things really fun. The vibes are immaculate. The mood lighting makes everything look so good on video, and they even have selfie stick stands so you can record yourself and watch it back later. It's genuinely helpful for seeing your progress, figuring out what to improve, and of course getting a good video when you finally nail something.

I'd attended 1 pole class and 1 silks class at other studios, but never Lyra, hammock, or showed up consistently to classes. As a person in a larger body with stronger legs than arms, I'm always nervous about doing aerial exercise and going to group classes in general. Yes, of course I know there are a lot of thicc aerial baddies, but the worries were still there for me. I found this to be a very inclusive space! While I've seen a wide range of skill level- from very beginner to professionals, there is always a feeling of nonjudgment and meeting people were there at here. It feels like everyone is encouraged to show up as themselves. I felt comfortable not knowing and making mistakes. Because of that I was able to relax , let go, and have fun! This is a place that you can really play as an adult!!! They offer a wide range of classes, events, and also types of aerial rigs. They also offer sensory hour, open studio and different options to accommodate a variety of needs, which I love! This experience feels like it unlocked my inner child on the monkey bars and I've been back several times since!! What's unique about this place is the various workshops offered, the varieties of apparatus, and most importantly, the overall vibe and accessibility!!
