I have had the good fortune to have met Lisa when she worked for an audiologist in Hinsdale. When…read moreDr Prather finished her studies and opened Ear to Ear, I jumped at the chance to have her the person to trust with my hearing. She doesn't "sell" hearing aids. She gently, honestly, caringly assesses the needs of her patients and helps them to find ways to satisfy the needs. What is truly remarkable is her no-charge continuing care, continuing assessment, free aid cleaning. And her caring demeanor. I suspect that all of her patients feel a personal respect and regard for Dr Prather, as I do.

Both experiences were excellent…read more Dr Prather seems honestly concerned with providing the best solution for my hearing needs at very reasonable prices. About 2 years ago, she performed a comprehensive hearing exam and reprogrammed my existing aids to greatly improve my hearing. She explained the advantages of upgrading to newer aids without being pushy. When I recently had a problem with one of these very old hearing aids, she was able to quickly see me and bring the hearing aid back to life. She also provided supplies and taught me how to care for them which my original audiologist did not do. I highly recommend Dr Prather for all your hearing needs.

He chose not to communicate this with me Or communicate that he was a provider. Might be a nice person, but very frustrating experience for someone who worked in customer service for 40 years. When calling appt line back to reschedule, woman asked for reason to cancel and argued with me the entire phone conversation. Main argument was "they don't know my face."
