While reassuring us as homeowners that things could have been a lot worse, they educated us about bats' protected status and why having bats around (just not in our attic) is a good thing to keep down the mosquito population. They also sensitized us to the health hazards posed to humans by bat guano and explained the hospital-grade disinfectant CWH uses once they replace any impacted insulation. Jesse and his colleagues came up with a detailed estimate for materials and labor and a timeline to "exclude" the bats humanely, as well as a quote for an alternative bat box to be installed on our property. We were very satisfied with every aspect of CWH's work from the initial call and consultation to subsequent visits and follow-up. Last week, we noticed a few bees boring into the wood surrounding our porch and began to explore our options. We considered attempting to tackle this on our own but we have never encountered bees of this nature and wanted to protect our new home rather quickly. In our research we discovered Pest-Z which had amazing reviews. They are local and have locations in Burlington, Greensboro, Kernersville and Winston-Salem. We initially filled out the online service request form on a Sunday but followed up with a direct phone call on Monday morning. We made arrangements to meet at our house on Wednesday. The two women we spoke to were very helpful and friendly. James called shortly before he would be arriving and I told him that I was on my way to meet him at our house. He arrived about a minute after I did and we met in the driveway. He confessed that he could not sing like James Taylor. James looked over the area and treated the wood with several different items, including the holes they had bored. He also sprayed our wood shutters as well. Overall, this was a very good experience and we will definitely reach out for any future needs.

We've battled mosquitos for years at our house in the front and back yards. During spring summer…read moreand fall the mosquitos would eat us up. IPI installed two contraptions that have eliminated all mosquitos and we are now enjoying our front and back porches with zero mosquitos, and also enjoying our meals outside! It's amazing. I knew there had to be a way to rid of them...but the foggers were only very temporary. This system is serviced by Isaac and is completely headache free for me. We have one treating the front of the house and one treating the rear of the house. One treats roughly 1200 sqft so my neighbor is also enjoying the benefits as we live downtown. I can't rave enough about how incredible it is to enjoy my home with no more mosquitos!
