I have noticed now that when I leave a message with Dylan, I hardly ever get a response back until days later. In the beginning, when I hired him, he seemed to text me back when I had a problem. I have waited for him to respond to a text that I have left him and realized he wasn't going to respond back an I don't know why, but what I do know is when you hire someone to do your pest control it's only good business to respond to their text when they have a problem. I texted Dylan and let him know that I was having a problem with what he calls phorid flies an I also let him know that when he treated my outside, 2 days later I was getting all the same bugs I pay very good money to get rid of. I don't think he liked it too much when I mentioned that because I felt he was giving me an attitude when he said "he has 400 other clients that have never complained or have issues with these flies or problems that I am mentioning." He mentioned he could come by or I could get somebody else. I felt like he was being rude like I was bothering him. I feel if you're gonna run a business by yourself and you take on all these clients, you need to be prepared to answer their texts in a timely manner and not act like they're bothering you. I have talked to other pest control companies who have mentioned that if you have a problem with their service, they will be over to fix it. I find that's not the case with Dylan because I get responses back like I'm sorry I'm at a baseball game and says he'll be by to re-spray or whatever it is, but I have to re-text him to see what time he is coming an I'm getting no response. I feel very bad business on his part. If you feel like you have to much on your plate then maybe you shouldn't take on so many clients by yourself, and get irritated when people ask you why you're getting all these bugs back when you just sprayed two days ago. I don't recommend him, I feel he is biting off more than he can chew and when you complain, he doesn't like it,or ask why you're getting all these bugs when he just got done spraying two days ago. I'll never hire him again. I have asked him and waited all day for a response Can you please let me know if you're coming or if you plan on coming because I'm gonna have to get somebody else if you don't answer my texts. again, no response I'm done. I'll never hire him again.

Bats in our belfry did not faze Carolina Wildlife Handling. This crew of veteran owner operators,…read moreall certified by the state, was up to the task! Knowledgeable and professional, they instilled complete confidence from the first visit. While reassuring us as homeowners that things could have been a lot worse, they educated us about bats' protected status and why having bats around (just not in our attic) is a good thing to keep down the mosquito population. They also sensitized us to the health hazards posed to humans by bat guano and explained the hospital-grade disinfectant CWH uses once they replace any impacted insulation. Jesse and his colleagues came up with a detailed estimate for materials and labor and a timeline to "exclude" the bats humanely, as well as a quote for an alternative bat box to be installed on our property. We were very satisfied with every aspect of CWH's work from the initial call and consultation to subsequent visits and follow-up. Punctual, respectful of property, very experienced and knowledgeable in their field. Highly recommend!

I got a call from Sandra saying it had to be rescheduled because of the rain. So, she scheduled it for Saturday, today, between 8a-10a. My husband called me at work and said no one had shown up. So I called Sandra and she told me she wouldn't have rescheduled the Termite Inspection because the rain didn't affect that, and that Cody was running behind for the mosquito treatment. I said, 2 hrs behind and no one calls to let us know and she said we'll I can't help that. So, she basically called me a liar and didn't reschedule the service that I had been told would take place on the initial visit. Of course I canceled the service immediately. Very, very disappointed!!! I would give ZERO stars if it was an option!!!
