Due to the time and the season we were told no food spots were open and this was likely our only option. Basically a lifesaver to prevent us from having to eat the minimal food we got in our car so we were thankful for their grab and go sandwiches and wraps. Bread was a touch soggy due to sitting in the fridge sometime but overall good size for the price sandwiches. Nothing world class or mind blowing but considering our situation and honestly price we can't complain!

The store is more "grocery" and less "convenience store" thanks to the large selection and the lack of large grocery stores in this part of Maine, which is right next to the Canadian border. Canned goods, candy, dairy, deli, lots of wine and beer plus the sort of automotive items you might find in a 7-Eleven including oil, anti-freeze and gasoline cans. They were stocking the pizza display as we arrived. They also sell lottery tickets. Plenty of parking out front. At this time, masks are required and the nice woman behind the counter was wearing hers when we made our purchase. [Review 14861 overall, 363 of 2021, number 47 in Maine.]

These magazine covers were taped so that you MUST look at them while lining up for check out and were not the initiative of the franchise or a corporate sponsorship. This means that some employee or possibly the manager thought it was more important than picking up the tripping hazards and clutter in the store? The store is frequently very chaotic and unkempt, the race baiting was the last straw, I'll no longer be shopping there, at all. Dollar General is the same cheap products we used to love at dollar prices now at much worse prices, this plus the cluttered store and racial BS, there's no reason to come in here. The IGA literally a block away is much better, not political or racial. It has less selection of sundries but more food. Choices.

There are a good mix of asian selection like sushi, noodle soup, and fried asian dishes. On the western side, they got chicken, ribs, beef, pot pies, Salad, soup, pizza and most of them are hot and ready! The cool part of this place is that they have courses for Cooking! they have a nice set up for a class room setting of 15 people or more. Today I felt like their chicken, hot meal, and salad meal for $18.99. Not a bad deal, it will definitely feed 3 people comfortably. For the hot meal i got their mac & cheese and slaw for the salad. Mac & cheese was very creamy and good. Chicken was perfectly done. Slaw was refreshing.

I was delighted when the lady at the window said she sold fried chicken and potato wedges. I thought a 6 piece would fill us up and was surprised with the size and quality.
