Do not hire this firm. Not only are their attorneys extremely unprofessional and over priced as stated in many online reviews, the legal team is not experienced. My case was extremely expensive. My attorney was not through. He also had his assistant charge us for each letter sent out, including letters never authorized by us, the paying client. You may get roped in by the commercials shown during children movies at the theater. Unfortunately, you will be paying an arm and a leg. The team of lawyers will rope you in with their "tough" antics and laid back office. Do your research unlike we did! A red flag might be when you see an owner of a company posting party pics boozing it up and flaming the policies of our President. Wish we did our homework. Overpriced, legal assistants send correspondence out with errors including wrong case party names. Then charge you for it. I was promised a great attorney with "tons of experience" that would really "push for me" and "see through the bs" not only did a case that SHOULD have cost a few thousand dollars, turn into 10x the previous price quoted and promised. My attorney did NOTHING for me in court. He concentrated more on irrelevant findings then being prepared enough to win my case. I am out thousands and thousands and he did NOT win my case. If you are paying over 10k for a matter that should be cut and dry, you should not have to be taken for an obscene amount of money. Better yet, he loses your case to someone Pro Se. Would not recommend. Do your research before hiring anyone from this firm. After my case, I was even informed by one of the court clerks I know personally, that she sees this happen often with Lyons & Associates. You are better off using a Public "Pretender" if you are the defendant. If you happen to be the Plaintiff as I was, you can probably do a better job Pro Se, and actually win. read more

I can't even pay taxes due from years ago. The Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice is requested to pursue consecutive and maximum prison sentences and maximum criminal penalties for those who profited from the crimes committed in a divorce proceeding. If you have had funds stolen from you by people in this law firm or through a process this law firm participated in, please request to have the alleged criminal conduct presented to a federal grand jury and let them know what has happened to you.
