I've worked with Washburn Building Products on a number of occasions over the last year with an…read moreinvestment property that needs a lot of work. I've bought windows, doors, decking; and had some window installation. The owners and staff have been invariably professional and helpful. Just the other day when the workers were over to install some windows they gave me some tips on other things that were going on. It's just the way they roll. The project has otherwise been very stressful for me, owing to unrelated circumstances. But through it all the owners and crew have become like friends to me. Always kind, always concerned with how things are going, and always giving whatever they're working on a little extra to make my life less stressful. This business is a real asset to the Klamath construction industry.

The custie service here is sick AF. #legit. All the men and women are super helpful, knowledgeable,…read morepatient and understanding. Maybe its cause im from los angeles where custie service, manners and hospitality is a myth so when im in rural areas, its a shock how cool people are. The staff goes out of their way to assist you even though they do not need to. Its so easy to stay away with that its not my problem, its not in my job description mentality. Im so grateful places like Washburn exists to lend a helping a hand, provide surreal products and a company that will actually pick up the phone. Thank you.

Even though PEC is about two hours away from our mountain cabin, it's worth paying the travel time to receive great service.

He came in and listened to my problems and went straight to work and fixed the problem. He reattached all the mess that another man made acting like an electrician that didn't know what he was doing. The pricing was also amazing and they didn't try to take advantage of a woman who knows absolutely nothing about electrical repairs. I will always go to them and I highly recommend them completely. I met Marco at the house for an estimate to complete an interior paint job with some removal of wallpaper & texturing ... I quickly received an email with an attached detailed estimate. My kicker was that I wouldn't be in town when the job needed to be done & I needed it completed in a tighter schedule than he stated ... because the flooring company could work me in at a certain time or weeks later. Marco worked his magic, completing the job without interrupting my flooring schedule & with a few changes by me. Great texture & paint job, & very pleasant to work with ... usually by phone & text.
