My children have always been treated respectfully and been loved on by their teachers the way a mother would. The skills they've developed have not only set them up to succeed in primary school but have built a foundation of independence & confidence to thrive in any environment. Over the years we moved further away from NELC but continue to commute each day because optimal childcare is worth its weight in gold!

Also there is no unique plans for the campers. 11 year olds are doing the same activities as 4 year olds so they get super bored and refuse to do anything which then leads them to stop following directions and causes them to get in trouble more! I honestly think it is a money grab because the higher staff doesn't care about any of the kids. They just care about having business

But if you have more than one child watchout! Date night will cost you, lol! 30$ an hr for 3 kids is super high. But the kids had lots of fun when we were there, and it was very clean. Wish we could afford to use it more for evenings. I also like the classes and afterschool care which is still expensive a bit more reasonable. Maybe if the business gets more feedback from customers they'll change this lack of multichild discounts bc i think more parents would bring their kids more often if they did. Overall a nice place though!

All of our branches provide multiple options for privacy including single stall restrooms, and privacy curtains on all shower stalls. Additionally, any member who has a need or desire for increased privacy, regardless of the underlying reason, will be provided with a reasonable alternative private area to change." So, so sad. I will not join and I DO FEEL I AM BEING DISCRIMINATED!

We tend to request one sitter in particular, because our kids adore her and they swear she makes the absolute best grilled cheese sandwiches; however when she is not available we have had a few other sitters and they have all been fantastic. I love that the company does the background checks and only employs the best. Booking is super easy. Payment is super easy and adorable. The sitters can take the kids to the pool or beach if you want, which is great. We have mostly had the sitter stay at our house with the kids or just go for a walk on the nearby trail. Parents deserve some time away and believe me the kids will love their time with the sitter. Seriously, you need to book a sitter with this company!!
