Oh my God, I think the dudes name is Jason that works here? He's the man. I was on the hunt for a particular beer. I had gotten a free beer to sample from a distributor at a bar establishment. This was near the end of February (I think) and the beer was to be released on St Patrick's day. Then everything shut down 'cause of Coronavirus! And I forgot about this beer. Then I decided "damn, that beer was wicked good, I wanna pick some up." So I look on the breweries website to see who's distributing. I go to a couple places near me, they don't have it. O-kay.... weird. Except this was a seasonal beer and I was hunting for a beer that was now discontinued (May 27th I believe, this was a couple days before but any that haven't sold have been returned to Smuttynose). I am calling places, I drive for 3 hours from store to store. Jason asked for my digits, said he would look and call back. A few hours in, I get a call-back. He found the last 4-pack in his store and he leaves it aside for me! I scurry from Everett to Lynn, and Jason hooks me up, and I have my prize! Key Lime Pie Sour! Most of the time, people can't be bothered to help out, but this was great customer service. This little effort went such a long way, and I am appreciative of the help. read more

Lynnway Liquors - two cans on the hood of a car - Beer, Wine & Spirits Near Me - Lynn, Massachusetts

They have a large variety of licorice and beer wine I happen to enjoy their New England bloody Mary mix with a gray goose vodka. It's delicious. Also they have a quite a wine selection from France, which I enjoy. Prices are very reasonable. I think you might like it. read more

This is the best business I have ever dealt with. They have the absolute best customer service (thanks Tiffany, for being so efficient!!!!! And Dean, too, for initial help). This store was able to provide what so many other stores I contacted, could not. They are well-stocked and beyond impressive. This is the go-to place for all your liquor needs read more

We went here because we wanted a particular liquor- Sebego Liquor. My friend and his buddies own a brewery in Maine. This liquor is very nice -they actually make them flavored but I like the simple one better. It is a difficult one to find but I'm glad they had it. There are a lot of other choices in the store as well. So call ahead and see if they have what you need! read more

What can I say about this store.. It has been open for at least 30 years. They have a great selection of beer, wine and liquors. I also find that their pricing is low. I pay approximately $10. less than other stores for a nice bottle of Tequila. The location is extremely convenient on The Lynnway in Lynn (RT1A) A solid 4 Stars read more

Placed an order on their site. Never received confirmation for days. When I contacted them, they said the order would be shipped on that same day, only to tell me later than they didn't have the bottles I ordered. Horrible customer experience from inventory inaccuracy to bad communication. -------- Cliff, it's very professional of you to response to my review. It shows that you're taking feedbacks from your customers graciously and actually care. I'll definitely give you guys another shot and will provide an updated review to reflect my experience. read more

My first go to spot! Great prices and great selections. They will usually assist you if you can't find a specific item. The staff will either find it for you or recommend something comparable, often times something better. They also have occasional tastings. Free shots, why not? The only complaint I have is that they close at 10PM (sucks for us last minute shoppers!) read more

Your first imagining of a liquor store on the Lynnway, attached to a carwash & gas station, might be of the kind of place that stocks mostly cheap malt liquor & bad beer, and maybe gets caught selling to minors from time to time, right? Lynn, Lynn, city of sin and all that... Well, Lynnway liquors stocks mostly cheap malt liquor & bad beer, and has been caught selling to minors from time to time. With that out of the way, there are a few defensible microbrews available, as well as a selection of Central American & Asian imports that will set you up in a pinch. But the wine! Oh, the wine. Whoever is buying wine for this large, spacious liquor store is stocking some crazy interesting things. They have 3 or 4 full rows of Australian wines, with at least half over the $50 mark and up to not only Grange but a number of other Aussie reds in the $150-$300 range. Weird. Not exactly my everyday drinking, but I never seem to be able to leave the place without a decent bottle or two. And that is just the front of the store. Good selection of American wines - I can't really remember what the rest of their selection looks like, but it's pretty varied & large. The Spanish section isn't as good as their jointly owned place in Vinnin Square, Swampscott, and their prices tend a little higher for some reason - both for wine and booze. Still reasonable though. I've gotten friendly & helpful assistance once or twice from the staff, but mostly I go in, gawk at the wine I can't afford, and then buy something less expensive (that I still can't afford). All in all - it's a brightly lit, clean and friendly liquor store that stocks some interesting stuff, at least as far as wine goes. Worth a visit - I have a feeling that the Marblehead commuters are subsidizing the wine selection... read more

Found WL Weller here. Great and deep scotch section. The management put a bottle aside before I drove up.

Decent selection, very old interior, average prices. Not my first choice but wouldn't be my last. No Kappy's in the immediate area so if you have no other places to purchase from this is a good spot. Pretty convienent on the Lynnway. (Watch out for Lynn Police setting up speed traps at the end of the bridge, Dunkin Donuts by Lynn Boat Landing, the Porthole.) read more

The very best -- in price-- selection-- knowledge of wines-- Not in stock- they will order it for you. Have shopped there for years- Always great. read more

The cheapest liquor store for 1738 and tidos. Lots of varieties on beer and wine. This is my go to spot. Staffs are always on the floor to help. read more

I have never been to the store but instead, ordered several different bottles of liquor online for shipment. The main reason for doing this was the fact that I was looking for some higher end bourbon that was very difficult to find and Lynnway had it. While placing the order, I added several other bottles as well of varying bourbon and rye whiskey. I actually talked to "Bob" on a Monday morning and he was tremendously helpful and a real pleasure to speak with. He told me how they shipped the products is a specific manner and it would be shipped that same day. The boxes arrived two days later and were packed in a manner that would withstand all sorts of shipping hazards. I received exactly what I ordered in a very efficient manner and time. I am very happy to find Lynnway Liquors and will certainly be using them in the future. read more

Completely satisfied with this store. I travel a lot - north and south and RT 1A happens to be in a lot of my destinations. That's how I realized this Lynnway Mart. Carwash - Gas and something special for later =~} The staff is awesome. I also like that there is no loitering. It's a comfortable environment and they close a little earlier for the safety of all on a state highway. Points worth mentioning. Nice choices! ~ Plaid Daddy. read more

Absolutely the BEST prices around, stellar selection, and the friendly staff really knows their stuff. I'm thrilled they've beefed up their craft beer selection over the last few years. Visiting vendor tastings on Friday evenings make a nice highlight to the end of my commute home. I'm grateful to have such a great place so near to my home. They've made me a regular for life! read more

I go to liquor stores for the beer, and I like my variety. Lynnway Liquors honestly used to really disappoint me in terms of selection. Especially since it is owned by the same people at Vinnin Liquors (which has wonderful beer selection). They used to have a copious amounts of Mega Swill (common industrial beer). Very recently, as in the past couple of months, this store has completely updated their beer inventory, and now carries a respectable selection. Mostly American beers from all over the country. 22oz section is growing, and the six pack selection is much more appealing now. I plan to give quite a bit more business in the future. I acknowledge and am thankful for the attempt to cater to beer lovers. Especially because it is on my way home from work and very convenient. Also if anyone has beer questions while they are there, "Kevin" seems to know what up. read more

5 stars just for having my favorite beer: Leinenkugel's (their summer shandy is the best!). AND they even special ordered a winter variety for me. That's customer service!! read more

This place is great. Incredible wine selection - as good as I have found around the city. And their prices are very reasonable.

I have been shopping here for all of my liquor store needs for several years. The prices are very competitive, the wine selection is vast and when I have a question about what to serve for a higher end wine, or suggestions, the managers and owner are very knowledgeable and helpful. I can always count on assistance if I need it and I never leave frustrated - or empty handed. There have been occasions when I have seen a wine elsewhere and asked for it, the mgmt. has offered to look it up and also order it if possible. A decent store, with great prices and selection, staffed by courteous and knowledgable employees. read more

Best liquor store! Great wine and beer selection at reasonable prices. Staff always helpful and ready to help if you need assistance.

On the way to the beach I have stopped here many times, only to be treated badly by the staff. Usually I have my friend in tow and stop for a 6 pack and ice. The staff always has some negative comment regarding our beach plans and they verbally harass us and never treat us with respect. We are polite girls out to enjoy our day off and need no flak from cranky clerks or the management. It's happened so many times we are now forced to stop shopping here?! Buying beer shouldn't be this miserable! We will never shop here again!! read more

I was shocked to read Julie A.'s review on a flea market when she is reviewing the wrong business. Julie, the flea market is down the street in front of Building 19 and has nothing to do with Lynnway liquors.....a great shop for interesting liquors from everywhere, and wines that you don't see too often at most liquor stores, the staff is very friendly always eager to help and a pleasant shopping experience. One of the wine managers I think his name is Cliff is very knowledgeable on many wines and gives me great recommendations every time ! read more

Decent beer selection but serious wine marketing problem. They've got a big hanging sign advertising 20% off ANY 12 bottles. When I get to the register, I'm told it is only those with a certain color tag (not advertised anywhere). When I asked the cashier where that is promoted, I was told, "That's how they get you." Well, no need to worry about "getting me" ever again. read more
