He was so distraught and nervous, unlike any time I had picked him up before. he would not eat or drink and hardly wanted to go outside or play at all. I called TLC and the owner called me back and assured me they would check with Whitney to see if he was scared by another dog or something else. They never called me back after that, not even to check on my pup. I took him to the Shaggy Shack instead and explained what had happened at TLC. They said they had heard this from another client recently as well! And they also complained that they did not get a call back! Something strange is going on at this groomer. Proceed with caution!

My dog had two spinal surgeries so I wanted to make sure he wasn't placed in any kennel during his visit, the staff listened and were super up front and informative. They use a sort of play pen instead of cages/crates. They texted me a photo of a broken nail my dog had prior to the visit that I forgot to mention. Afterwards you get an entire report on how your pup did including a photo. Will absolutely be back and can't recommend them enough. Thank you Lexi and the entire staff!!

To give some context- - my dog hates nail trims where he yelps before you even start. They were able to do all nails - he doesn't mind ears touched but forget about cleaning - usually need 3 people to hold him for anal gland expressions- groomer (Jordan) said he didn't even make a peep Also they don't use muzzles! I love that especially bc my dog isn't trained for muzzles and I wouldn't want him in one just for grooming. Best way to get ahold of them is text message imo. It'd been a while, so I decided recently to try to reach back out. Same old Mona, no response, and no call back. I never gave her a bad review as I was hoping to eventually start using her again, but its pretty obvious that she's intentionally cutting me out.

We were part of the recent merger from The City Dog Daycare to Park Your Paws. We are a couple…read moremonths in and so far, it has been a smooth experience. Ellie has been with The City Dog since 2018 and we're glad the space still feels familiar for her. There are some different faces around but we have experienced that over the years and love that Ellie still feels at home. We boarded her for 6 days and 5 nights in June (for Vaca) and were really happy with the care she received. Prices on boarding have gone up a lot for a dog suite, but they honored our previously booked rate which we appreciated. We also did a recent daycare visit on July 3 and still have several days left in our old package that we can use this year before making any real changes. The only downside is the change from member packages to a new (for us) monthly subscription model. It's not really that appealing or attractive to us. The subscription based model takes away the flexibility we enjoyed as longtime customer. So we never felt like we were losing money for services we didn't use. Overall, space is great, now larger, with the building combined and noting we are a couple months in on the merger. We will see how things go over the next few months, but for now we feel good about the transition and would recommend Park Your Paws Columbus-Downtown, especially for boarding and daycare. Went to elemental for about a decade for my dogs and it's gotten pretty bad over the last couple…read moreyears. Dr Flores has been relatively competent but the rest of the staff is a mess. The breaking point was when they swapped sold me a prescription that was 2x the potency for an Rx and didn't tell me I that they didn't have in stock the lower dose. They didn't mention it at the time and the pills looked exactly the same. The tech, Jen who I spoke to about it after I found out. stated "can't you read a label?@ and hung up on me when I communicated my concern and asked for the implications to my dog. I called back and the receptionist said Dr Flores would call me... she never did. This seems to be just part of the downward slide of this clinic. They commonly ask you to drop or pick something up whenever during office hours and the door is locked with no one around when you show up. If you you use an online pharmacy like chewy they'll take weeks to approve the medication that they recommended. If they say the doctor will call you about something that will happen maybe 1/3 of the time. It was a great vet clinic a while ago, now it's a dumpster fire. There are a lot of wonderful vets around this area, don't risk your pets health with elemental.

I've never experienced this at another dog daycare before! I was elated that all dogs were not crammed together and had space, along with the trainers being close by. My German Shepherd Husky mixes have loved learning all that Paige and team have put in front (more like to the side ) of them. Their controlled walking has been a night and day difference, especially when there are other distractions around. We've continued to work on everything that we have learned; heel, sit, place, and come.
