As recommended and guided by Tanner, this included phone communication with the ChargePoint company, the manufacturer of our charger. On the phone, Tanner skillfully followed all the troubleshooting steps instructed by the company's technical representative. This would have been a very confusing, tedious procedure if we had to do it ourselves! This troubleshooting process clearly resolved that the charger had malfunctioned and would need to be replaced by ChargePoint. When I asked for an itemized receipt and why my bill was so high I was told that they dont have the time to break down my bill for me.
