This establishment is filled with some of the most unprofessional, unhinged, and disrespectful health care providers I've ever had the unfortunate luck to interact with. From blasting profane and disgusting music to spending time dancing and talking in the halls, these providers really know how to make your visit feel like the bottom of the barrel. Bottom line: Verlow. But friendly and professional. I made an appointment online yesterday for 3:15pm today. I was brought into an exam room at 3:14pm and sat there for over 30minutes before being seen by anyone. No vitals during that time, no triage, no one even popped their head in to say sorry we didn't bother seeing you at the time of your appointment it'll just be a few moments. Nothing. Yeah we get it, your schedule is dictated by patients...don't book so many appointments that you disrespect the patients time by delaying their schedules too. Nurse came in, knew half of why I'm here, seemed surprised by the other half. After 45 minutes of waiting we had vitals done and a urine sample. I didn't see the provider until nearly an hour after my appointment time. They treated me for one of the two issues I presented then shuffled me out the door without even discussing the second issue. To say I'm unhappy with the speed of service would be an understatement. That said, the provider took my input into consideration and we discussed treatment for the one issue to my satisfaction. Cleanliness is a plus and the staff was friendly. I liked the efficiency of online scheduling, paperwork and checkin so that's a plus. Clearly all of the information doesn't make it through though so maybe they should look at where the information blockage is. If you have all day to wait, feel free to make an appointment and be prepared to wait a long time while getting half the treatment. If you, like me, don't have time to wait then pick a different urgent care center (I've reviewed another one in this area) where they are faster and efficient but rude and judge mental. read more

Today was the second time I visited this site for urgent care, because I was so impressed with my experience in December. My experience today was the same, friendly greeting by receptionist, the medical assistant provided a complete set of vital signs, including an eye exam and professional and very thorough exam by the provider. I have recommended this center to my friends who have also had a positive experience. read more

Waited an hour for a covid test even though we had an apt. SIck people were coughing and coughing in the lobby but no staff asked them to put on a mask. Receptionist hollered our info throughout the lobby so privacy was clearly no concern. Once we were finally seen they told us they wouldn't give us our results without paying $175 each even though we has insurance and we were told when making the apt it was free. What a hustle, we were en route to the airport so they knew they could do whatever they wanted. DO NOT go here!! read more

I booked an appointment for a rapid covid test at Lynn Urgent care. They say you will get an email with positive or negative results, and a phone call if the results are positive. They were quite busy that day so I had to wait a bit for my appointment. I get that. They were very nice to me while I was there. I saw two techs and a PA. They took the swab and said I would have results in an hour by email. I got the initial email saying welcome and sign up for my portal. So I signed up for my portal, and I can see my welcome letter there when I log in. Now for the bad part. The whole reason I spent 45 minutes driving each way, over an hour at the clinic, and my insurance money to pay for the test. It has been two days since the appointment and I have not gotten an email. I checked the portal, only the welcome email is there. I checked my spam, and nothing. So I tried to call. No answer, voicemail is full. When a customer is frustrated, a full voicemail doesn't help the situation. So I found a place to write them on their website. I asked for my results. Still nothing. Overwhelmingly dissapointed in the capacity of the services claimed to be provided by this newly created facility!!!! Claiming to be a provider of a rapid covid test result, I and my brother entrusted this facility to test the both of us to determine what may be a potential life or death situation. Claiming online a result within 15-30 minutes. We were told we would be contacted with a result via either email or phone call in 1 hour or less after finishing our simple nasal swab test. Waiting at home, well over 6 hours after testing, could normally be interpreted as simple anxiety setting in, if it were not such an important test result. However, with the importance of such a test and the critical importance of the end result, one would expect that paying 175 dollars per test would insure a rapid and accurate test result and response. Neither of which is yet to be reported as of this posting. Extremely sad to say. read more

Lynn Urgent Care is the best place for rapid PCR covid testing, supplying timely results, and passport letters for those traveling. They treat all types of ailments and illnesses.
