When I first approached Susan, I was in search of a solution to what seemed like a constant battle…read morewith my weight. Little did I know that my journey with her would not only address my initial concern but pave the path to newfound self-discovery and fulfillment. My experience with hypnotherapy combined with Reiki under Susan's guidance has been nothing short of transformative, taking me far beyond weight loss to a life that truly feels like a dream realized. Initially, I was skeptical about exploring hypnotherapy and Reiki. However, I was desperate for change and willing to try anything that could help me overcome the barriers that seemed to hold me back. From the very first session, Susan's warmth and expertise put my mind at ease. She fostered an environment where I felt safe to delve into layers of my psyche that I had never explored before. The journey was deeply introspective. Through hypnotherapy, Susan guided me into a trance state where I could access my subconscious mind. It was in this space that I began to uncover the root causes of my self-sabotaging behaviors and limiting beliefs. Meanwhile, the gentle energy of Reiki provided a supportive backdrop, helping to soothe my spirit and align my energies. As we delved deeper, I started connecting with aspects of my past that I had buried or misunderstood. Memories that once felt painful were reframed, and I began to see how they were shaping my current reality. Understanding these experiences was like unlocking a map of my soul's journey, providing clarity on why I reacted to life in certain ways. Susan's holistic approach didn't stop at understanding the past. She also empowered me to envision my highest self--the version of me that was capable of achieving anything I desired. This was a revelation. I hadn't realized that my dreams--like attending graduate school and the allure of island living--were attainable. With Susan's help, the path to these dreams unfolded organically. I discovered that my weight struggles were a physical manifestation of deeper emotional blockages. As each session tackled my internal roadblocks, I noticed a profound change in how I approached my physical health. I began to lose weight not by adhering mechanics of restrictive diets but by nurturing a harmonious connection between my mind, body, and spirit. Today, I am living a life that once felt impossible. I've enrolled in a graduate program that energizes and excites me daily. Moreover, I made the brave decision to relocate, immersing myself in the tranquil beauty of island life--a lifelong dream that seemed distant until Susan's guidance opened the door. Hypnotherapy with Reiki didn't just help me understand my past; it emboldened me to forge a future where I manifest as the highest version of myself. I'm forever grateful for Susan's compassionate approach that masterfully merged the science of hypnotherapy with the healing power of Reiki. For anyone on the brink of change or feeling lost in their life journey, I wholeheartedly recommend embarking on this healing adventure--it might just change your life as it did mine.

I am long overdue in writing this review. I would recommend Sabrina to anyone who wants to get…read morehealthy in an organic way! I had worked with Sabrina in the past and after years of struggling and as I have gotten older, I knew I had to reach out to her. I have always been active and I workout every day so that was not an issue for me. But I was still slowly and steadily gaining weight. I have tried every meal plan and/or diet you can think of spending hundreds of dollars a week on food and hours in the kitchen meal prepping, and nothing worked long term. I reached out to Sabrina in September and started working with her a week or so after my initial call. She made a few tweaks to my diet and my exercise routine, and the weight began to come off. We worked together until the middle of January. During our time working together I lost 20lbs. OVER. THE. HOLIDAYS. I am a social person, and food is always a part of that, so the holidays are especially challenging. If I can lose 20lbs over the holidays, anyone can. Since finishing my last session with Sabrina I have continued to lose weight. It doesn't come off as fast because I am not super focused on it, but that is what I love. It has felt easy to just keep doing what I am doing. The changes she made to my diet fit easily into my lifestyle. I finally feel like I am not on a diet, I have just changed the way I eat, and I am spending less money on food and spending less time on meal prepping than I was before working with her. I don't get on the scale a lot these days as I am more focused on feeling good than what the scale says, but every time I do, I am down a few more pounds.

She even provides detailed plans to manage your time so that you as an individual are in control of your time. She provides customized coaching based on your needs. It is absolutely fantastic! I have had the great pleasure of meeting Joy but also working with her over the course of 12 weeks…read more Now before I actually get into this review, I want to throw out a few disclaimers...Joy does NOT have a magic wand that will magically make your issues go away. Joy does NOT have the ability to do your work for you and lastly Joy does NOT by any means sell herself short on the services that she provides. Joy, you are an absolute god send. Seriously.... I have been thru various counseling all of my life but that didn't resolve my issues nor did it really give me the tools needed to actually resolve them. So since I had tried that previously and pretty much got the same result, I knew I had to try something different. So, what did I do? I went to my trusty yelp and reached out and received several responses. I had a few phone interviews because I needed to find the right person to help me thru some heavy stuff. I liked Joy right off the bat. You can simply tell by the tone in her voice that she is an angel. I signed up for 6 sessions with Joy...and after my 6th session, I signed up for 6 more. And I threw Joy some crazy challenges (nothing in my life has EVER been easy)....there were issues that she flat out told me she couldn't do anything about (I appreciate the honestly more than you know) and there were some issues where I really feel like I challenged her but guess what? SHE NEVER GAVE UP ON ME. SHE NEVER TOLD ME SHE COULDN'T WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION (again she doesn't have a magic wand). Instead what I received was far far greater than any gift...Joy gave me the tools I needed to see where my deficiencies came from and also gave me some positive insight as to how to fix the behaviors and this is something I now work on EVERY SINGLE DAY and it's made me a better person. So if you feel like you are stuck, and don't know where to go, and you have tried traditional methods (and they haven't really worked) I would seriously urge you to give Joy a call...set up and appointment and more importantly work on your (O&*%(Q*&)%(. Joy, thank you again for everything. I'll be back after tax season and I've already started a list of things to work on when I return to your place...oh and Mr. Meowghee says hello!

I have struggled with long-buried anxiety for most of my life. It had slowly gotten worse over…read moretime and because I was good at hiding it from myself and others, it would show up in my life in unexpected ways. I have been successful at managing it with CBT, journaling and meditation. I had recently taken up playing piano and was finding myself afraid to play music in front of others. I'd also noticed that over time, I was overeating when stressed and I seemed to be stressed all the time. I was looking for help when I came across the Wildflowers Hypnotherapy website. When I met Sandra the first time, I was so frustrated and emotional. I was desperate and looking for relief. Something wasn't working and I just couldn't figure it out on my own. Sandra is very kind and patient. She truly wants to help. I have tried self-hypnosis in the past with some success. I anticipated that hypnotherapy would be similar to guided meditation. However, I was surprised at how much deeper into my mind I was able to go with Sandra's help. The early sessions were intense as part of me resisted facing what I hadn't truly faced in the past. But once I let go and trusted the process the results were almost immediate. I hadn't realized how much emotional stress I had been storing in my body. At one point it all released and I felt my neck go click, click, click and relax. The knots in my neck I thought were scar tissue from a car accident disappeared. I'd had those knots in my neck for over 20 years. I've also noticed that my handwriting has changed. It looks like the handwriting from a younger version of me, free of the subtle signs of anxiety and stress that I had been carrying for too long. I feel that hypnotherapy has helped to resolve the underlying causes of my anxiety. This has resulted in making other things I'm doing to improve my life more effective and successful. I'll be using some of the tools Sandra gave me for the rest of my life.
