All of these cheeses are very reasonably priced. Either way, I need about a couple of pounds of 12-year and some aged brick cheese. They were the best thing ever. I have this on my radar now. Whenever I go to Wausau or Stevens Point, I am hitting this place and stocking up on my cheese.

We stopped in and were lucky enough to arrive while they were actually making curds. It was fun watching part of the process through the observation windows. The retail area isn't very large, but they pack in a surprising amount of merchandise. It didn't take many customers before the space started to feel crowded, making it a little difficult to browse some of the products. Of course, we couldn't leave without a bag of fresh cheese curds.
