They knew the WHOLE time they had it basically sold and didn't even have the common decency to tell us so we could move on. They wasted my agents time and ours...but made damn sure not to waste theirs! I wouldn't buy or sell and outhouse with these...inconsiderate people. YOU PPL SUCK!

We received the "congratulations!" phone call and the acceptance from the bank, a full week after all offers were to be in. We made an appointment to come sign our official paperwork the following Tuesday, and started picking out draperies. We got a call on Tuesday from Daniel Mal's assistant letting us know the house was no longer ours. Zero explanation was given as to why our accepted offer was no longer accepted. We emailed. Called. Emailed. Called. Nobody would tell us what had happened. We had just lost the house we were told was ours, and we had no idea why. We were devastated. The house (our house!), went pending that night, and sat pending for seven weeks. During this time we came to the understanding that something strange had gone down after our offer had been accepted (and two full weeks after all offers were to be in). So we waited... And the house (our house!) closed yesterday...for just a few thousand more than our accepted offer. Do you want to guess who sold/bought the home? If you guessed Daniel Mal, you'd be correct. Daniel Mal represented the seller. Daniel Mal also represented the buyer. Daniel Mal was both the selling agent and the buying agent. Daniel Mal is shady as fuck. If your next thought was "You should go to a lawyer!", don't worry, I'm way ahead of you.
