About 10 weeks after the wedding, we emailed Brittany to see when we'd receive the final photos, and after some unnecessarily heated back and forth, Brittany "complied" with her contract by literally picking the most meaningless and most unflattering photos for our final set, including multiple duplicates of the cake and other insignificant shots, and left out the most important pictures of our family, the wedding party and the bride and groom. We have been trying to work through this with her for weeks but she has been combative and spiteful (and now is unresponsive), claiming that we've caused her distress. She clearly decided to ruin our memories of the wedding by refusing to provide the photos we posed for, asked for, and have even expressed a willingness to pay extra for - all while hiding behind her contract and claiming she technically met her obligations to us. As the mother of the bride, I will never be able to recoup the memories of one of the most important days of my life, and that pales in comparison to my daughter who will never be able to share her full wedding photo set with her family and friends. Brittany refuses to cooperate with us in any way, shape or form, and has stopped responding to our messages. At this point, we've made it extremely clear that all we want is our full picture set and we're willing to work with her to get to that resolution. I take no pleasure in writing this or any other negative reviews but I feel I've been left with no other choice - if nothing else, I hope my sharing this experience can prevent someone else from making the mistake of trusting Brittany with their most important events and memories.

The cheer gym sent me a digital photo and the name on the picture isn't even her name. So no pics recieved, 41$ was given and ecen the single proof ibwas able to get was wrong. I dont have 1 single pic of her 1st year in cheer. She's extreamly upset too. So the 6 year and her family are very upset and clearly this guy stole our money. So he's a thief and a liar. If i could offer a zero star review i would. Very cowardly to jot return a single call and to bully a 6 year old girl. Your a horrible person Shav Ancog. He took the time to wait for her to calm down and didn't rush through the shoot. He took his time and made sure he got a variety of poses. We were a little nervous at first because we weren't sure how our daughter was going to be but he made the afternoon fun! He's really quick to replying to messages and got us edit photos within a week or so. Highly recommend Chase Five for your photography needs. Reasonably priced!

From the very beginning, Tony impressed us with his professionalism, his patience with our many questions, and most importantly his passion for what he does. In choosing a videographer, we wanted to walk away with something different than the standard recording of the ceremony and reception. Upon a recommendation from a friend, we contacted Tony to set up a consultation, and immediately realized that the service Fausto Anthony Films provides is exactly what we were looking for in a wedding video. Instead of a long bland video, Tony crafted the raw footage to create a compelling and incredibly emotional encapsulation of our wedding day. Tony and his assistant were both very subtle and respectful while they were shooting and did not interfere with or distract from the events of the day at all. During the few posed shots they had us do, they were very professional and patient in their direction of us. During the post-production phase, Tony and his team organized and edited our wedding video in a meaningful and honest way. He is incredibly talented in his work! From the few staged shots and multitude of candid clips, our wedding video is full of beautiful details and raw emotions that capture the essence of our wedding day perfectly. We had our doubts that the spirit and emotion of our special day could be summed up in a relatively short video, but this is exactly what Tony and his team did. We would absolutely work with Fausto Anthony Films again and recommend them to anyone looking for an expressive and original way of capturing their big day.
