Never before have I been treated so poorly by a company both in product and service. They don't live up to their own guarantee or stand behind their work. The arrangement ordered looked like it had been thrown together without any care or skill. Their reaction to an unhappy customer: "We'll send someone over to pickup the flowers from your house.". Purchased flower arrangements for a funeral and was very pleased. I was trying to capture colors in a quilt that I was putting on display and the flowers matched perfectly and were so beautiful. I called Personal Touch Flowers this morning to order a new baby arrangement. I asked if I could pick it up rather than have delivery because I wasn't sure how long the mom would be in the hospital. I called at 10:30 and got there about 11:30....earlier than I had asked for it to be done. I was a beautiful arrangement and done before I requested. I also found a very nice selection of high quality stuffed animals. Funny because I was just talking with a friend the night before and neither one of us knew where to look for good stuffed animals anymore. I found an adorable soft, soft, soft, stuffed bear that had a red bow. They were more than happy to give him a blue bow for a baby boy. It looked better than the original. As a funeral director, I've been asked many times by families if I have a recommendation for a florist. Often my recommendation is based on if the shop is conveniently located to the person asking, as well as if the florist does a good job. I have NO RESERVATIONS when I recommend Julie's. They do good work, are reasonable in their price, and do more than just "take the order". There are just a handful of shops that I do recommend, and Julie's is one of them. read more

After dealing with 2 other local businesses, one that cancelled an order on me without notifying me (Grandma's birthday the day before), and the other didn't want to fulfill my same day order even though it was at 1pm. I was given the name of Julie's Personal Touch Florists and not only was she compassionate about the misfortune I dealt with from the other two, she picked out a wonderful plant and said the owner would be happy to deliver even though her driver was gone for the day! YIKES!!! Think twice about using this one! Corsage with ONE flower (rose) was $27 when I picked it up!!!!!!! NEVER again-

I ordered flowers for an extended family member's funeral. I wanted to spend $75.00 and asked for the flowers to be an arrangement in a vase of ORANGE, RED, AND PURPLE flowers as it was fall and this woman would not have wanted a very feminine arrangement. When I got to the funeral home I of course looked for our arrangement and was ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATED AND HUMILIATED by what was there. The arrangement was hideously done. A kaleidoscope of colors, predominantly WHITE, were haphazardly shoved into a cheap Dollar Store vase. Now there were a couple red and a couple orange carnations but the rest was white or yellow or blue. There was no continuity or unity or shape to the arrangement and sprigs of the cheapest flowers sticking out of it. It was tiny. It was by far, the worst and ugliest flower arrangement there. I would have been better with a $10.00 bouquet from Pick and Save. When I called the following week and asked about the colors the owner told me that white were common funeral colors. When I questioned the value of what was presented she reminded me that the arrangement was $68. and the rest was for tax and delivery. I was told I should have gone into their store and told them what I wanted because THAT would have made a difference. I have worked in flowers shops before and done arrangements some years ago. Who knew I should have brought a camera to a funeral to validate my dismay?! You did not have to have my experience to realize the horrific job they did and couldn't even offer an apology! read more

Ordered flowers through FTD and they picked this florist to make them. They were terrible! Not at all what I had ordered from the FTD web page. When I called to complain the woman was rude and did not seem to care at all. Explaining that people need to be aware when they buy online that they are not paying for delivery. I paid 17.99 for delivery and 39.99 for the flowers. They were an embarrassment to say the least. read more
