That experience is very evident here at the hotel. Our suite, #7, was a corner unit on the top, 1st floor. So we had great light, cross ventilation, and a large balcony. The unit is fully self contained, with a full kitchen, including large refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher with detergents, tv, and washer/dryer. In addition to the 4 seater dining room table, there is a pull out sofa and two casual chairs. Our King bedroom had a large closet. Breakfast is a buffet of the typical Danish offerings, including, soft boiled eggs, various breads, danish, meat cold cuts, cheeses, herring, salad accompaniments, fruits, juices and almond milk. Our room was serviced daily and very generous with fresh towel replacements for both the bathroom and kitchen. There's coffee and sweets offered during the day, and limited bar in the lobby. Bikes are available for the hotel guests. It's a short 7-10 minute walk to restaurants, the harbor, and town. The owners, Jesper and Didde are on site and along with their staff are all so friendly, and wanting to accommodate. I would stay here again!!

This is a very typical swedish dish and the freshness was, again, very apparent. For dessert I had the creme brûlée and the wife had the dark chocolate cake with a raspberry compote. We were both scraping our plates for the final morsels. The staff was extremely nice and helpful (we don't speak swedish... Yet). This is a surprisingly fantastic find on this beautiful, peaceful island. Get the Gothenburg city card for free public transit (such as the ferry to the island) while visiting.

Staff is so nice and really made our stay memorable. The location is very good too, with the tram right outside the hotel. If in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink (NA) and snack.We were able to sit at a comfortable chair and bistro table and enjoy our snack and drink while we were checked in. It felt more like a lounge than a hotel check-in. The spa has 3 styles of pools - jetted, soaking, and a floating outdoor "champagne" pool, sauna, relaxation chairs, steam room, hammam, cold plunge. It was the ultimate relaxation. Tips: Take advantage of the spa and reserve your time at the spa ahead of time if it's a busy travel season. Have a drink at the lounge and chat with the bartender.

Great rooms, a fabulous spa with a water circuit, and a great breakfast. Even if you don't come to stay, you should go to their spa. There's an outdoor pool which is see-through and you can see the people underneath you, it's really cool. When you sign in they have you sit down in comfy chairs and offer you a welcome drink. One of the best hotels we stayed at in Sweden.

The outside tables were full, so we got a table inside, which was fine as it was a bit chilly that evening. We were greeted and brought to a table and given menus. We ordered wine, a both red and white for the table, we ordered the charcuterie plate, as well as Swedish Meatballs. Our friendly server brought the wine, the red was perfect (I love how they let you taste it first here), and then this huge plate of charcuterie! The wine paired perfectly with it, so good. My meatballs arrived and first, the plate was a work of art, and they were spectacular! Everybody else's meals were also spectacular, especially the fish soup- Incredible! We had a great time, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant itself was like a work of art. I wnet back a couple of days later and had meatballs again, but this time I sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. I will be coming back again before I leave.
