I still don't know how! He was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful -- and just as important, way more affordable than the other quotes I got. I've already saved his number in my phone and wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any junk removal or even moving help. Highly recommend this company. Efficient, reliable, and just easy to work with.

I was sexually harassed by a crew on a Thursday morning, as I was leaving my house to walk to the…read moregrocery store. There was a crew of two men, one of whom looked me up and down and made remarks in a sexual nature to me as I was walking past him. I stopped immediately and responded, and then took pictures of the truck and the license plate. I called the number on the side of the truck immediately and spoke to someone to report the incident. I will give credit to the person I spoke with - he confirmed that this was unacceptable behavior and that he would be calling the crew and writing them up for the incident. He asked me what the street intersection was and what the license plate number was so he could confirm which crew was responsible. While I appreciate the swift action and the validation of the unprofessionalism from the person I spoke with, I wanted to publicly note that this is an establishment that hires folks who think it's okay to sexually harass women on the street in the morning in broad daylight - who knows how these people operate behind closed doors.

You don't always want to go with the lowest bidder but I had a very simple job: remove one heavy couch that was already moved outside. They arrived promptly and hauled it away efficiently and safely.
